The Eriksen Premises is in the heart of Trinity - the prettiest town one could hope to visit! We stayed in the upper floor of the Premises and although the room was small, it was very comfortable and clean. There is a large common room down the hall that has coffee/tea, water and an ice machine! There are comfy chairs and sofas to make visiting with other guests comfortable. There are even games to play. We were there at the beginning of the off season so some shops were closed or were on limited hours but the restaurants opened close by were excellent. Staff at the Premises were so very helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast was very good although only one item was on the menu!
There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about this property.

Nicely located by the water in Trinity. Well maintained older Inn. Pleasant dining space , although the restaurant was only available for breakfast ( mid Sept). Nice upper floor lounge available for guests. Staff were very nice!
Older Inn was a bit noisy from squeaky floors and hinges. Outside looked like it was in the process of being repainted.

Very comfy beds! Nice gift shop with lovely gifts! Breakfast inclusive. Within walking distance of the Rising Tide Theatre . Gun Hill walking trail close by. Sitting room with ice machine, fridge, tea and coffee. Plug I. Drying rack for towels, fans for warmer days.
Better morning coffee would be an added plus…but Two Whales coffee shop is close by!!!

Thank you so much for such a beautiful place to stay. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great weekend and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Trinity.
The staff were exceptional. The room was private and extremely clean. It was in the perfect location to access everything we wanted to visit.

The location was excellent; as noted by others there are only two restaurants nearby, and for the more expensive one you really need to make a reservation. The other one did not have late hours at this time of year, September, so you need to eat before seven or so.
We couldn't get into our room! If you check in after 6 they give you a front door code and a room code. The problem was our room code did not work. No staff to talk to, and emergency numbers left to call were useless because of poor cell coverage. We tried the code for over 1/2 an hour, with the help of a couple in the next room. Fortunately, using his code and the one given to us he figured out the coding system. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in the sitting room. No apology received from the person who gave us the code.

Location: Central to the beautiful little village of Trinity. Bishop White House is a very nice heritage style house. Decent breakfast included. Trinity really only has two restaurants, The Twine Loft and The Dock. Make sure to plan your dinner experience at The Twine Loft as it has two times for serving a three course dinner to all that are present. A very nice dinner & experience. If at all possible, stay away from The Dock. Good service but small portions (which is fortunate given the it was not good).
Coffee-maker in house is some kind of foreign model, a few of us couldn't figure out how to work it. Showers suck; no pressure and hot water is in short supply. Trinity is a beautiful little village, however not much or any view of it from Bishop White House.

Breakfast was wonderful, also enjoyed having a lounge area to use with fridge, coffee maker, microwave to use. Liked walking to all the nearby craft stores.
Would have been useful to have a bracket for the hand held shower. Also, no counter space in bathroom to put things on.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The additional seating area made the room seem much larger.
We couldn’t get the ceiling fan above the bed to remain on without the light and the room was quite hot. Full complimentary breakfast is advertised but it was just a bagel, fruit, yogurt, juice and tea or coffee (no choice except the type of juice)

Clean and practical. Had a sitting room with a little refrig where we could put a few items, as we usually headed out on our day before the breakfast was served. Buildings are older, but historical looking. Location is great because you can walk to just about anything in the town.
Wish breakfast was served earlier and/or quicker.

Lovely heritage building, most comfortable bed we had (of the 9 different places we stayed), plenty of room, fabulous view every time the fog cleared (!)
The door lock was very tricky, even when we were given a key instead of trying to use the code. The breakfast was a little scant in comparison to other places of a similar rating we stayed in Newfoundland.
