We booked one night here and arranged a late checkout with no problems, though a small fee. The room was a decent size with a large bed and working air con. The hotel is well placed for the Peru hop drop off and some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite, most spoke English.

Hotels in Peru rarely have a fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. This was no exception.

The bed was comfortable and it is one of the few hotels in Nazca with AC. They offered a late check-out that was very suitable to our timetable.

It is in the main street of Nazca, so it's very noisy (the rooms are not soundproof): there is a bar or disco next to it, thus you can hear the noise. Also, the AC machine did weird noises all the time, like it was broken inside or about to fall from the wall.

Location was walking distance from the bus station, our reservations were messed up a bit as I had reserved a 2 bed room, but booking had asked for a matrimony room.. nope not with my brother. The staff there understood and accommodated us. Breakfast was superb. My only issue was we were facing the street which was a bit loud.

The staff was extremely helpful with my multiple requests for help. The location was in the middle of busy street, but very convenient to everything. My room was a good size and had all the expected amenities. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size.

The breakfast buffet was ok, but options could have been better.

Great location, near Plaza de Armas. We visited during winter so the fact that the room was heated and it had hot water for the shower was a big plus. Very big and spacious room, huge bed for 2 people.

The person I was staying with would have liked a fridge in the room. But I didn't need one.

I decided to go downstairs at 9pm and chat with a friend of mine in the restaurant, only the two of us. Security told us restaurant was closing so we went to the main lobby, they kicked us out of there too, then to the common area, we were absolutely not loud. Twenty minutes later they told us we couldn’t seat in the common area, which, in a hotel, this does not happen unless it’s noisy. I told him we weren’t gonna move, as we were literally almost whispering and we can be there. then the guy came back and apologize, but I just didn’t deserve, liked the way they handled it.

High quality hotel, clean and just beautiful. Right on one of the city central streets with restaurants. Free garage parking for the car. Friendly staff, felt right as at home.
