Beautifully decorated and styled hotel, well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Even though it is purely veg, we got eggs just as we liked them. The waiter remembered that I asked for butter and jam the previous day, and brought them to me directly. Great coffee machine with a variety of coffees, espresso is super, and so is cappuccino. Stylish rooms, terrace big and spacious. Good bathroom supplies - they provide everything, except for hairdryer. Tea kettle with free teas, coffee, sugar and milk, free 1liter water bottles. Huge area around the hotel to walk around: lots of seating places and tables, swings, children's playground, beautiful garden with a small waterfall and a bridge. Incredibly beautiful

We booked for a room with a terrace, and we got it, but There is no roof/ cover/ hood over the terrace, so the pigeons have a total blast from the top floors. Every morning the terrace was covered in poop. When it rains the chairs get soaking wet. Also there is no partition between other terraces, so you see all the neighbours. The bar is 3 meters across the hall, so it is very noisy at night. And a lot of noise from the restaurant when it is food time. Mattress was very hard, but if you stay only a few nights, it is bearable Restaurant serves only veg

Excellent property in the middle of the town. spacious, vintage themed and extremely cooperative and respectful staff. The property has a beautiful Buddha Garden perfect to have your morning coffee, after a healthy and tasty in house breakfast. the dining area is cozy with delicious variety of cuisines offered daily. I would always go back to them whenever i visit mount abu again. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to be dislike at Hotel Hillock. Everything was beyond expectation.

Great peaceful place to stay. Food quality and taste very nice (Veg/Jain), staff attentiveness excellent. Reception efficient service, English,Hindi and Gujarati. Gardens maintained well with tranquality. Games room and evening entertainment good, rooms are older style and fairly clean. Location good near to all.

Rooms, although very clean, are a bit cluttered due to excessive furniture packed into all the rooms. Either the rooms need to be a bit larger or should have lesser furniture. There was very little space to move in the rooms

Undoubtedly a good hotel. Little expensive in comparison with the facilities offered. Overpriced by about 15% since there is no gym, massage is outsourced. It's not being fair to the customers to charge excessively. Food, services are very good. Overall, even at a high price, good experience.

Add facilities like gym, Massage rooms and a small area for reading with select reading material. Add Driver accommodation on a token charge to make the stay comfortable. Add f&b services for drivers at a token charge. The existing free facilities may continue for those who are okay with the same. The younger generation of drivers have different expectations.

The breakfast staff was amazing in making sure i knew what options were available and helping me make good choices. They were alert and attentive to my needs, especially coffee. The food was delicious. I love the garden for dinner and had wonderful meals that included things I had never tried. Again, I could not have been happier with the staff.

Only the pigeon mess every morning on my terrace. And the planters not being full, which may have been a contributing factor. I was assured steps are planned to address this.

The reception area was very small with no seating arrangement and the lift was under maintainence.had difficulty in going to dining area as it was on 2nd floor

Good location and wonderful service. Breakfast was great. Nice garden area and free parking. All basic necessities were taken care of. Nice size bathroom.

WiFi was not great. Shower head was extremely unclean. Certain items like room telephone look old and not very clean.

It was a wonderful stay. We loved the experience and the food. The staffs are excellent and their behavior exceeded our expectations. I am so glad we chose Hotel Hillock and we would recommend all of you to please visit the hotel.
