The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Periyar Lake and Thekkady itself.Rooms are spacious and immaculately kept. All the staff were extremely helpful.. The pool area was always quiet and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast had an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. There was an egg station and dosas etc were made to order. We ate here one evening on our 3 night stay. The buffet meal was delicious and very good value for money.

There was a small issue with their landline connection and all guests including us were requested to call a specific mobile number for anything qnd everything. On reaching out that number the response from Alan from FO was horrible. He gotta be more professional

Warm, friendly, welcome by staff members. Looked after us very well. We were quick to resolve my wifi issue. We broke a bottle, and the staff came immediately to help clean up. Would definitely stay again. Chef and his staff were a delight, and the restaurant manager ensured we were well taken care of. Thank you all.

Beautiful large room and bathroom., super comfy bed and everything you needed in the room. Large balcony also. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly and excellent service. Spa is great and we both had a fantastic massage. Very good value for money. Location perfect, plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Gym also good. Highly recommend.

Could do with a few more outside tables and sun lounges around the pool area.

Excellent location, good spread for breakfast, excellent rooms. What takes the experience to a totally higher level is the staff at the property. Their interaction makes you want to go there again. Honesty, attention to solving issues - just love the people here.

A better choice (at reasonable expense) for guests who do not want to eat the buffet meals.

Breakfast was excellent and the dining location was great. Some of the staff went out of their way to ensure we were ok especially the Guest Relations Manager and some of the restaurant staff. Reception was also very helpful.

The rooms needed some upgrading especially the bathroom ventilation. Otherwise they were comfortable.

Amazing property. Really good food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Really well located. Walking distance from the national park and activities.

Wifi was a bit flaky. But they did their best to support us with the issue throughout our stay.

Loved the vibe in the property. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The service was exceptional. We had a buffet breakfast at the restaurant which was very good as well. The quality of the food was excellent with a good variety to choose from. There was an egg station where you could get eggs cooked to your liking. You could also get dosas made based on your preference. We absolutely loved the Ayurvedic massages. We got the abhyanga after a long tiring day and it was so relaxing! The masseuses Anu and Princy were very attentive to our needs. we came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here.

The peaceful environment and the wonderful welcome we received - from the welcome to departure we were treated with courtesy efficiency respect and the fact that nothing was a problem to the staff .
