Beautiful property, with a really nice swimming pool and relaxation area. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, it was lovely to just relax in with a book after spending the day exploring the island. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. The property itself is conveniently located, just a short ten minute or less bike ride into town or to the beautiful Cala Rossa nearby. The other beaches are also quick to get to on bicycle. The staff are attentive and friendly, and I had a really lovely conversation with Franco, the owner. Excellent selection at breakfast, with lots of local pastries and great coffee. Looking forward to coming back!

It is a beautiful hotel with lovely garden and comfortable rooms. Really delicious and plentiful breakfast. Most of the staff were lovely.

The welcome was quite brusque and arranging a transfer through the hotel was more than double the local taxi firm (which is a bad start) only supplying 1 small bottle of water per person is not good enough and seems a bit mad when they supply lovely soap etc. We arrived on 5th October to be told no restaurant in the evening and it would have been better to have been told that on booking. Otherwise everything was splendid.

An oasis. What a treat and how lucky were we to find this at short notice. Unique setting in a beautiful garden with stunning views all round. Easy location to cycle to town and all the island from. Hotel can arrange taxi pick Up and drop off to port and bicycle hire. There is a restaurant attached that is not run by the hotel but it is where you go for lovely breakfasts. The restaurant is of exceptional quality with such friendly staff. They close for dinner on 30/9. Best place to stay in Favignana

We loved it all

Incredible little gem, by far the best place on the entire island. Beautiful property, impeccably maintained, luxurious rooms, manicured gardens, pristine pool, first class service all around. Great location only minutes away from town by electric bikes and very close to Cala San Nicola and Cala Rossa, Andrea and Dario were the most gracious hosts and incredibly helpful giving us hints and information on the main attractions and places to see, and gave great recommendations on dining and entertainment. Morning breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was fabulous, overall one of the best experiences my wife and I have had in our extensive travels worldwide. Whenever we’ll come back to Favignana, il Baglio sull’Acqua will be our home.

Everything. Great shower, nice bed, great breakfast. Property is gorgeous and its all about relaxing. Owners are present daily and they make you feel super welcomed. There is a restaurant on site where you can get dinner.

Just an observation: our room was great / comfortable and beautiful views of pool, yard & ocean, but if you have any mobility concerns, take the lower rooms, and avoid using the stairs to get in the room.

Beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail. The room was gorgeous and clean. The location is great for both visiting the many restaurants in the island’s main town and marina, and accessing the best swimming coves. The staff were wonderful and extremely attentive. A fabulous few days!

Slight security concern at the desire for room keys to be kept in a bowl in the entrance, accessible to all. Seems unnecessary.

Beautiful place to stay, we can’t wait to return - all the team looked after us so well, thank you. Also gave us great recommendations for restaurants which they booked for us too … highly recommend this hotel so peaceful and relaxing.

Nothing to dislike

We had an incredible stay. Brunella made us feel so welcome and was very helpful with booking cars and suggesting things to do around the island. The hotel is gorgeous, feels like a tropical oasis. Very peaceful and relaxing, wish we could have stayed forever. We will be back again in the future.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s so much more beautiful in person. It’s just a short bike ride from town and from multiple beaches. The breakfast was great and staff was very welcoming.

First, loved the island. Second, the property is great —- a short 5 min bike from town (peaceful, but close to the center). Grounds are beautiful and room was spacious, with everything we needed. Francesca deserves special praise for being so helpful and kind. She had great restaurant recommendations and helped us arrange our transport from the ferry.
