I actually have(at the time of booking & this review) another accommodation booked which I couldn’t get away from fast enough! I found this accommodation which is situated in Franciacorta, surrounded by vineyards, lovely little villages with the regional train line passing through continuing along the Lakeside. As soon as I had reserved online, I called to see if I could drop my bags off early. Upon hearing a very friendly yes I arrived hours early, and I was so thankful that I was able to check in directly. The new management, a husband and wife team were super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has been newly renovated, so the photos on Booking.com are old and outdated. The communal lounge area, dining area and reception are all very open with a welcoming design aesthetic. The bedroom and bathroom were also newly renovated. Offering a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was a well selected continental option included in the room cost. Hospitality is a state of mind, and the new owners here are really great people.

Everything was great

it was late evening when I arrived and had missed evening meals. The owner Fredrica,? was most accommodating and ordered in a Pizza for me at my request. I was on my my motorbike after along day in the saddle and bedded a place to base myself for the night. I tried several campsites on my route , but all were full or asking crazy money to pitch for the night 40 euros, and leave bike a distance away and carry all my gear to a field . No way. I got on to Booking.com and this establishment sprung up. It has under ground secured parking for my bike etc. Room was clean , bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom spot on. The only comment I will make the plug sockets were Italian type. Euro plugs no good. Fredrick sorted me out.

Very friendly staff and spotless clean throughout. The breakfast was amazing and a real highlight.

The room was comfortable but could use some updates. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Not a huge variety but everything was fresh and tasty with a mix of locally made pastries. Coffee machine was convenient and fast. Attentive staff if you needed anything.

No cold milk for cereal. The coffee machine dispensed milk but it was hot - like for making cafe latte or cappuccino.

Good and nice hotel. Staffs are friendly. Hotel is clean but the room is old.

The room is old and needs renovation.
