This was a return visit for us because we really like this hotel. It is really an apartment with all you could need. The washing machine is a good bonus. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We forgot something in the hotel and after I contacted them, they sent it really quick. Awesome service! Thank you!

The room was very spacious and clean, I think it was perfect for a one or two night stay if you wanted to go hiking in the area. Very quiet and just good value for money in general. Checkout was very quick and easy as well.

On the website and with the booking it said breakfast was included; however, they didn’t specify that it was just an Italian breakfast (1 coffee and 1 croissant). Everything after that we had to pay additionally, which they didn’t tell us about beforehand. Would’ve appreciated a heads up.

Massive apartment on the top floor in the eves of the hotel. Bedroom had a jacuzzi in the bedroom (which we didn't use). We also used soda bed in the lounge/ kitchenette. Both beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Could not locate switch for electric towel rail (it may be automatic with bathroom and therefore not functional) Needs instructions for electric velux windows

Nothing to me but I hated to see the shower water just completely go on to the bathroom floor couldn't stop it unless we made it towel dam. Same problem in two different rooms. Poor shower design

Washing machine was said to be available in booking.com description. But there was none in the apartment. Loud music in the evenings, but that was communicated by the hotel and thus does not influence my score.

The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to show us where there was parking available to us and recommended a great restaurant. The flat was spacious and very well equipped.

The resort was very clean and well presented on arrival and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at the Castelnovo Resort.

To be fair we were warned that Saturday night might be noisy from the bar but in fact it was more like a nightclub with very loud music until 2.30 in the morning.

The apartment was great , waiters were friendly, drinks and food, deserts were delicious 😋
