The view is great. Lovely garden.

On the day of our arrival, they started a renovation at the restaurant. Therefore, we had to get our first breakfast in the room, cause there was a lot of dust, drilling and noise. As of our 2nd day, they arranged a temporary area near the pool for the meals. All the staff was quite helpful and tried to make sure we didn’t get annoyed. However, if the owners closed the hotel for a week or two til things got rearranged, our stay could have been better. Besides, right in front of the hotel there’s a water company that drills a hill in search of water and the noise goes from 7.30 am to 6 pm. It’s a pity.

Amazing breakfast. Beautiful view. Fun game room. Tent/intimate dinner settings. Beds are comfortable. Very nice staff.

Hotel is high up and the wind covers everything in dust. Chalet a bit dark. Hotel is family friendly but has more of a couples vibe. I love nature sounds, but their are/were parrots nesting in the roof of my chalet and they made a lot of noise early in the morning.

Everything is amazing! The rooms, the food, the swimming pools, the beautiful plants all around the external area.

The pillows were a bit too high for me, but nothing critical.

It is a very beautiful place with a breathtaking landscape. The room was very comfortable and the bathtub with a view of the mountains was a good surprise. Cleanness was very satisfactory as well. And Tavares chef is a real artist in the kitchen. Food is amazing.

It is not a place with a lot of distractions for children, especially during wintertime. But pets are very welcome.

The view to the mountains, the decoration, green area, kindess of the staffs. Ah we also loved Brad - the dog!

Luminosity in the room could be better

The views are incredible so relaxing and simply a place you want to go back to!

No complaints about anything

The scenery. The breakfast. The bed. The jacuzzi bath. The fireplace. The nature/wildlife. The restaurant. The staff.

Nothing.
