Location is great a lot of restaurants around 24 life. Corner stores and supermarket available. Near the public transportation and a bus station.

Location is excellent. The staff very polity and helpful. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for work or holidays, Bfast is limited but good.

There are rooms that are dark and damp, specially the ones on the back of the hotel, I request to change the room, at the beginning they gave me hard time, until I told them that I was going to another hotel, they offer me to change my room to a decent one.

Since I found it, this is my prefer hotel whenever I have to work near Reforma. Reception well mannered and helpful, cleaning staff good (but sometimes looks upset) room and kitchenet clean and working. nice internet and location. I love this place. Price standard for what they offered

Gym is little (only for one person at the time) Continental breakfast has few options. The best are the room with street view, the back room has no view (or to the roofs of the buildings)

The staff were friendly and nice since the time we arrived. Oscar was kind to us. The place is walking distance from restaurants and Reforma which makes it a really nice location. The room was big and have a fridge and dishwasher.

The pillows, they were not confortable. Windows couldn't be open entirely

Great location, close to both Condesa and Polanco midway. The location is excellent as it is quiet, but has tons of nice restaurants nearby. It also has super clean rooms, big rooms, clean toilet and beds, great aircon, nice environment. Will stay here again!

The breakfast was not buffet, and it was terrible. However, The hotel was so nice I"m willing to skip breakfast and still live here again. No problem, there are tons of desunyas around, and cheap too, there was a dona blanco place nearby, only 100mex for a nice breakfast that can keep you full till lunch or afternoon.

A beautiful property with a fantastic room and amenities. Location is excellent and staff are efficient.

There's no parking on site and they wouldn't let me check in until past 3. Other than that, I would consider staying here again.

The location was super central and the hotel very nice. Breakfast was provided every morning on an open terrace. The staff was great. One of them, Morelia, who helped me with suggestions for sightseeing, she even offered her public transport card to help me board on buses and the metro more easily. A very kind and sweet gesture <3

I had one of the internal facing rooms which had no view or daylight; view was to a parking garage structure. Thankfully, there was no noise and the room was very quiet. I should have booked one of the front / street facing rooms.

Great hotel, very secure, with incredibly clean rooms and friendly staff. Nicely designed rooms, very spacious. Really enjoyed the included breakfast on the outdoor terrace.

Slightly noisy in the hallways with a doorbell ringing chime sound for folks arriving afterhours (front door locks). This was not a terrible problem, but was slightly annoying if a light sleeper.

The room has everything you need, including a small kitchenette. Location is also amazing. Although the gym is tiny, it's better than no gym. Everyone is nice.

Breakfast wasn't really good. They gave you 2 or 3 options for breakfast, example scrambled eggs or quesadillas. BASIC items you can cook at home and they would probably taste better if you made them. Coffee was also lukewarm.

Great location near Ave Reforma and a lot of restaurants. Convenient for tourist spots. Staff was really nice
