The staff were all great to talk to and assisted us in recommending a good restaurant near buy for dinner when we checked in. Everything was nice and clean and well kept. The pool area was really nice. The restaurant was open for breakfast just after 7 am and the food was pretty good.

I would say that the beds (matrimonial size in our room) are a bit small and not what most of us from Canada or the US are used to. A queen size bed as a minimum would be nice. Also the beds are great if you like a firm mattress but they were just a little too firm for my liking. Still was able to sleep on it but just would prefer a little more comfortable mattress or even a mattress topper.

Great location, great room, great lobby area

Unfortunate that the afternoon shiftreceptionist has no great language skills other than Google Translate. The vast majority of guests checking in spoke English...the lady on the morning shift was very good, as was the supervisor at breakfast. Just some basic skill, coupled with my basic Spanish, would make the check in procedure go much quicker (there was quite the line up and from comments made, it would help if a quick hotel language course coukd be found to help out...

Surprisingly quiet and restful setting in spite of its location right on the main road into Navajoa. The pool and surrounding garden was wonderfully refreshing after a long day on the road, and the staff were friendly and helpful - in spite of the language difficulties (I have little Spanish, and they had little English). The on site restaurant served fresh delicious meals with a focus on local cuisine at reasonable prices and the cooked breakfast included in the room price was served by polite and efficient staff. We enjoyed our one night stay on the way down so much, we stayed again on our way back home.

A more efficient booking service by Booking.com would have prevented me being charged twice for the same night (once by the hotel and once by Booking.com) although after I'd been in touch with Booking.com they did eventually refund me.

The breakfast was a lovely, full meal, in the restaurant; we opted for service on the terrace by the pool, it was such a nice day . Scrambled eggs with options for potatoes, chilaquiles, toast, fruit or juice. Beautiful!! The room was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed. The grounds are gorgeous ... it was so nice to wind down after a day's driving by the pool, surrounded by trees and flowers.

I had to leave early so no breakfast but my dinner when I arrived was excellent. Parking was very secure. The room was cooled down before we arrived, which was awesome since it was hot outside.

Neighbors arrived at 10 pm next to us and the kids were very loud—a small interruption with sleep. Maybe best to give some separation between rooms for a better quieter experience.

It has a great restaurant and a fantastic pool area. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean and well-maintained. Had one issue with the tv not connecting to cable and no signal.

There was a huge party for a national celebration across the street and the music was blaring and booming and shook the wall all night until 4 am. I understand this was out of the hotel's control, but it is what it is.

The staff at the check in counter was extremely pleasant and check in was a breeze. The property and room were clean, and we had a good night's sleep. It was great to have a restaurant on site so we didn't have to leave the property. We were just staying overnight with our caravan on our way further south.

We followed the advice of many bloggers on where to stay while driving to Mazatlan. This was the perfect place for a one-night stop. It hit all the markers of a budget friendly option: friendly staff, felt safe, clean, comfortable beds (smaller than the US, be aware), a pool, and a decent restaurant. If we do this trip again we wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel.

The town is a pit stop town, nothing of note. But for a quick overnight, this is acceptable.

Friendly staff-someone is always available at the front desk. Enough towels for 2 people. The restaurant on site is very good!

I really like this hotel and the service is always good. We’ve stayed here several times….my only complaint is that our last room smelled like the carpet had been wet and never dried thoroughly.

The hotel has parking in front of the rooms and that is great for added security.

The neighbors have been very loud both times I have stayed there. The party started at 10 pm and went until 2am. Its not easy to sleep with the neighbors whooping it up. Security should be more aware of the parties.
