The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff without exception very nice. But there are differences between the rooms, we had a Deluxe room with sea view with twin beds, and the ones in the villas downstairs were of much poorer quality than the ones in the main building above reception, we were luckily able to move upstairs (+ the rooms upstairs are with much better views as higher up in the building). There is plenty of choice for breakfast as this is a huge resort hotel for masses like a factory, so it's OK. There was unfortunately a big wedding going on when we arrived that night and the next day the after party with karaoke, both quite loud. But for 2 nights near the airport after arriving at night it was OK.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, so don't expect that level.

The hotel on first impression was very appealing, beautiful scenery of water, mountains and nature. Nicolette and her husband, very nice couple, fetched us at the port. Staff were very kind except for one person at reception who adopted a very unfriendly, abrupt and haughty attitude when I asked for money exchange and they had run out of cash. But her kind colleague who heard us stepped in and sourced the cash for me. Needles to say, the two colleagues had a few harsh words with one another because I was helped and did not come back at another time as I was told to. The room cleaning service was very slow, and it was the worst bathroom/toilet we have ever had in any hotel, ridiculously small and tight fitting. One could hardly move. A pity as that spoils the grading of this hotel. The restaurant menu did not really cater much to special dietary needs/vegetarians. Otherwise the hotel on the whole I think was a good option of choice, only 20min from airport and out of the busy city atmosphere.

Definitely the bathroom/toilet were ridiculous and uncomfortable to move around in. Showers were so small one kept on hurting oneself against the tap, etc Toilet virtually right up close to wall. Bedrooms quite small. Duvet covers didn't comfortably fit the duvets inner either.

It was a €35 cab ride, plus tip, from the airport. The heating/AC system was wonky and hard to regulate.

The location was good. We left before breakfast. But our lunch and dinner were great. Wine delicious 😋

We requested 2 beds but didn't get that. We requested bell person at 4:20. One of our rooms didn't get that, had to walk up. I get it, that's really early. We had to remind bell delivery for other room.

The slowest reception staff I have ever seen in this world. Very thin walls between rooms.

This hotel was our first stop in this Greek trip - off season and on a weekend this vast resort/conference facility was quite empty and quiet, with stunning views overlooking the bay. Outdoor property facilities were not yet in operation for the year and seemed to need maintenance and repair. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable and overall generally adequate to our needs. Breakfast spread needs improvement, especially if there is a charge (see below). We enjoyed the peace and quiet and proximity to the ajoining Vavrona nature reserve and historic site in this secluded site.

We have high expectations in Greece for breakfast (had just arrived from Turkey where as in Greece breakfast spreads are typically ample and excellent). Imagine our disappointment when we were offered a huge rather institutional array of undistinguished items, for example a large array of dry breakfast cereals, several preparations of vienna sausages, etc. Coffee (made ourseves) was instant, and had to search for milk. Fewer and better quality, fresher offerings would be my recommendation. Fortunately we were not charged for the mediocre meal. As noted, hotel is rather remote and visitor should plan their eating - we had brought along sufficient food for dinner, dont know where we would have obtained a meal nearby otherwise. offseason

The Location is amazing. At the beginning of our stay at the resort we had encountered some difficulties but the staff and the Manager were extremely helpful and took into consideration that we were traveling with an infant and made our stay wonderful.

There is a beautiful beach in front of the hotel that is managed by the pool and hotel staff. The west part of this beach is the Vravrona Biotope which is even protected by the Natura 2000 project. Unfortunately there are a lot of Hotel non-residents who use the hotel’s facilities (beds, umbrellas, showers) and do not respect the fragile environment of the area, throwing trash in the sea, littering the beach front etc.

I liked the beach area and the amazing view.

The bathroom was set up a bit strange. Considering the room type we had, there was no curtain or glass for the bathtub/shower so was difficult to shower without getting water everywhere. The shower head was also very low, so inconvenient. The beach had a very limited area.

Lovely hotel. Front desk and porters were friendly and helpful, although it would have been nice if someone had come out to greet us at arrival and help us with luggagel in common with most 5 star hotels. Restaurant and bar staff appear miserable and indifferent to customers. Waiter at the restaurant bar (guy with long hair) was more interested in chatting to certain customers rather than serving customers leaving his colleague to clear tables, etc. He pretty much ignored us and seemed unhelpful Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety, and again, some staff were indifferent to customers and no greeting on arrival at the restaurant. The hotel should work on improving staff standards and attitudes to customers to bring it up to 5 star service! It's a lovely hotel let down by some of the staff.

It would be good if the pool opened earlier than 10.00 am. How about an early swim which we were looking forward to before checking out at 11.00.
