Everything! Starting from Mr. Ahmed Ibraheem at the front desk, very respectful cooperative and helpful man, welcoming and caring like I’ve never seen anywhere before. The room is great, view is breathtaking. Restaurant is very lovely, chefs are creative, food varieties are really clever and super tasty, I’m vegan, they provided me with daily various vegan choices which are every time delicious. The beach is AMAZING, life guards Mr Alhussein & Mr Ahmed are always alert and helpful, corals are wonderful and all along the beach. This is one of the few memorable vacation experiences we’ve had in our life in Egypt, and we’re definitely coming back again soon. Thank you Wadi Lahmi Azur 🙏

There is nothing not to like about this place, the landscaping and gardens are stunning, the rooms are spacious and have beautiful views, the beach is brilliant and with the help of a jetty access to the water is possible without damaging the ecosystem. Both dinner and breakfast are wonderful, cooked to perfection and there is a good variety to suit all tastes. Access to the Orca Diving Centre is a plus. I was offered parking in the shade as well. And most importantly, the management makes big steps to get greener, according to the Government's new policy.

Location is great. Remote and quiet. Great green botanic garden like Facility. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and amazing house reef. Assistent Manager Sherif also amazing. All time present and genuinly interested to make everyone happy and there is no Problem small enough to not talk to him. After one meal he sat down with us and played a game of dice. 😍 we will never forget and hopefully come back one day.

Food. You can always find something to eat but it is not really well presented. Food Landes are often missing and you wonder what you are eating. Also variety and taste could be improved a lot. Also we would love to See guests to get a little education about ocean and how to protect it. Ww saw lots of broken corals in the lagoons and people crushing them with fins and just uncareful behaivour. A code of conduct would be great and every guest has to sign it after check in.

We had an amazing stay at Wadi Lahmy Azur Hotel in Egypt. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, always spotless and tidy. The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options, even for vegetarians. There were plenty of fresh salads and a great mix of dishes, making every meal exciting and diverse. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt at home. The entire resort was immaculate, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The gardens were stunning, full of lush greenery and well-kept trees. The location right by the sea made it even more special, with plenty of activities available to enjoy our time to the fullest. A special thank you to Mr Sherif, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost headphones from our room. His dedication to excellent customer service, along with his polite and attentive nature, truly made a difference. Thank you again for a fantastic stay! We will definitely return and highly recommend Wadi Lahmy Azur Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.

Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort in Marsa Alam offers a welcoming and hospitable stay, with special thanks to Omar Khaled at the reception for his exceptional help. The resort’s location is ideal, close to some of the area's best diving and snorkelling spots. The beautifully maintained garden adds a unique charm, while the resort’s eco-friendly focus is commendable. Our room was clean and provided stunning views of both the sea and the garden. The food was varied, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy. Overall, a delightful and eco-conscious choice for a relaxing getaway.

More sunbeds by the pool would be appreciated, as well as benches to better enjoy the garden. It’s important to note that there is no sandy beach; access to the water is through a pier. Additionally, having a pharmacy on-site would be helpful for guests.

Everything is calm and clean the landscape is super great. The lagoons, the small beach, the walk to mangarouve trees forest. The Marina is always open for a lovely walk at night. The staff is super friendly and the make food with so much love.Thanks to chief mustfa for making the best pasta ever. And big thanks for chief mohsen and Abdullah. And not forget Mr Mohamed who makes the best cocktails. Mr Shierf the guest relation is amazing gives the best advices to make the most enjoyable trip ever. Also Mr Mohamed Yahia for his awsome welcoming and for his valuable tips to visit Sharm el loli and Qulan.

The swimming pools are not heated.

The use of plastic cups on beach as many ended up in the sea. Restaurant music could be more varied/modern .

Enjoyed our 2night stay here! Friendly staff in all places, but only male staff work there. They packed us breakfast due to early daytour Fun room with some games to play - billiard, airhockey & such. Good restaurant, tasty food, nice ambiance to sit sheltered outdoor. LOVELY garden with green arches you pass under, lots of flowers. Great dive club, jetty to lovely lagoon & house reef. The hotel actually keeps an different local time; +1 hour which actually works aligns well with the sunrise & sunset, basically everyone has an hour more to enjoy the day! SMART! Price really fair!

The resort is totally worth the price. Whoever is looking for a calmer and family-friendly place won't get disappointed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, always doing their best to help the customers. The receptionist was more than prone to help me get a lift from the resort to Marsa Alam city. The resort is charming, clean and well maintained like the pictures shown. The garden is gorgeous and has a lot of different plants and flowers, creating a lovely environment. The activities are good but very limited if you look for a place full of different things to do, but you will be satisfied if you look for a place to rest more than doing activities. The restaurant is excellent, it's always clean, the food is always warm and has many staff members around to help you if necessary. The food variety is good, but some dishes repeat themselves daily while having unique dishes daily. The beach is beautiful, fresh breeze, and crystal blue water but not much suitable for swimming, only in a specific place accessed by the pier. The quadricycle trip in the desert was the most enjoyable experience we had, the guide Hatem Mahmoud was extremely friendly and professional during the ride, showing us beautiful places and telling us their backgrounds. We had a coffee and tea in the middle of the desert and watched the sunrise. He also helped us take a lot of beautiful pictures and really made me and my wife enjoy every minute of the ride.

I strongly recommend the resort install signs showing the water depth on the pier's natural pools. The life saver gave us wrong information making me and my wife think the natural pool wasn't that deep, we both entered and realized we couldn't reach the bottom. I also felt like he wasn't paying much attention to the guest swimming. The room we stayed in is a bit dark during the night, the bathroom misses a ceiling lamp on the shower is installed, and the bedroom has only bedside lamps.
