We loved this place. It's a two star Auberge so don't expect 5 star facilities; but very well run. The rooms are clean comfortable but " experienced ". Ours overlooked the small square. Fresh air! The dining room .....excellent food by Christophe. Full both nights . But the star of the show is Stephanie. She is irresistible.....great sense of humour and at night runs the small restaurant with panache and a lot of laughs and good advice. Good English too for we Aussies that helps. Five star fun thanks Stephanie P.s the bar across the street is very welcoming, and Conques is just 15 minutes away

The whole experience at the hotel was excellent. Parking was easy behind the hotel in parking bays. The reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was all one would expect and very comfortable. The best thing was the restaurant where we both had exceptional meals. I would recommend the pave de boeuf - the best I have had for years. The Wi-Fi worked in the room.

We only stayed one night!

We stayed here for one night while travelling and the owner was really nice and the whole place had a friendly family run feeling. The owners serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and we had all three and they were good. We would definitely recommend staying here for a short stay! The room was big and clean. If you want a home cooked meal this is a good place to find one.

I would say the only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Conques is a very quiet town and there wasn’t very much to see or do.

The owner was so welcoming and fully engaged with all her guests. In French and English. It is a very quiet village so the restaurant and bar were very welcome. The food and wine were good and very reasonable.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lovely staff good location with parking in the street at the rear. Evening meal was enjoyable. Ideal location to visit Conques and surrounding area. Good road back to A75 via Rodez.

Nothing really, it's an old premises with shutters on the windows. Air con in the room would have been nice especially as it was hot. Much hotter and it could have been unpleasant. But we coped ok.

Overall we were really happy with our stay. The ambience was lovely and the hotel owner very attentive. The evening meal was lovely and the breakfast as well.
