Value, location

attempted to do pre-check in on app... could not... room was exceptionally clean... but bedding and overall room had a stale / smoke odor... need room freshener / spray or something to that degree

It was fine except for the parking we had to park in the rear of the building. So extra trips to the front to get the cart to unpack and pack up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Having a ground floor room was perfect for us as we have a lot of motorcycle gear to haul inside. Breakfast was tasty. Clean and comfortable rooms. It was pouring rain in the morning and the staff was so kind and helpful letting us wait out the storm. They even recommended an app for us to keep up on the weather, which we utilized the remainder of our trip!

No covered outdoor area\entrance. It would've been more convenient in rainy weather.

Breakfast was located right next to our room which made it a little noisy in the morning. The breakfast itself was a disappointment. Only cold cereal, oatmeal or waffles were available. We passed.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfy, shower was nice, breakfast was included in the price, and the staff is kind.

The room was conjoined to another room. We had it reserved for two and they just gave us one soap and one shampoo.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and very well run. Awesome customer service. Jay and Denise do an incredible job. Would recommend to anyone. Reasonable rates and great location 👍 👌

Pillows and bed was extremely comfy. Check in staff was super nice. Remodeling going on, improvements are nice

The breakfast was just OK, they stop breakfast at 9 am out for breakfast at 8:15am Eggs were gone, sausages only three and maybe a spoonful of hashbrowns left. Like I said just OK.

Could keep at least 2 or three servings available until 8:45 on weekdays. Rooms need to be deep cleaned more often.

Not the most up to date but comfy. The breakfast seating area was very small and a loud family was there taking up all the seating.

Clean, welcoming staff, accommodating staff, soft bed, soft pillows, iron and ironing board. Great location, good price and quiet. No noisy neighbors or guests. My last check out the manager even remembered my name.

No elevators and I was here for a good amount of time and toting so many bags up here was hard. I left half of my luggage downstairs in the car and only went outside if I really needed something out of the cat or had to go to work
