I have stayed here several times and noticed updates they have done since my last visit to make it more modern. The entry drive has been redone. The new lobby lighting and decor adds a classier feel. Nice they added ceiling fans in the room! I appreciate the option to have some moving air without using the wall unit. The sink mirror has surround lighting which is also a great feature.

Hall sounds can easily be heard. Thankfully patrons were generally considerate and after 9pm it was quiet.

My particularly liked the woman who checked me in at 10:00 p.m. at night. She was in a good mood and extremely helpful. She accommodated my needs and I was appreciative.

There were other, very similar properties in the same vicinity for $40 less per night. I chose this property for the real grass outside - for my dog, but I really don't understand why similar nationwide franchised hotel chains have such a disparity in prices. If it hadn't been summer, when dirt is full of sticker burrs, I would never have stayed here - only because of the price.

The room was very nice and clean, well stalked with towels and wash clothes. One of the tools was turned into cute design on the bed with a not from our house cleaner. It was such a nice gesture! All of the staff was very nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub were great! They both were clean and didn't have a strong smell. There were plenty of towels out there as well. We didn't use the gym but it was very nice as well! Breakfast was fantastic! Bagels 🥯 eggs 🥚baccon 🥓 cereal waffles 🧇 yogurt and more. Everything was good and fresh!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a phone call from the front desk soon after checking in asking if the room met our expectations! Wow. Room was clean, recently remodeled and very nice. Breakfast was good especially the waffles. They offered a collection of microwave food and snacks in the lobby for purchase which is very nice. Many fast food restaurants and other food available close by.

$25 pet fee, was nice and pretty cheap from what I’ve seen in the past. Hotel was clean, and walls were semi thick. Also the waffle maker makes the waffle in the shape of Texas. Just thought it was cute.

No real fault to them, but it does sit next to the train tracks and the trains are running loud. Beds are stiff not in a good way and the pillows aren’t the best but in a pinch or just a nights stay it’ll work. Also, no fault of their own, but the smell of manure was quite strong.

One of the best Days Inn I've stayed in United States. The property is remodeled and one could sense that. Rooms are comfy, spacious and so was the breakfast. Hotel staff was polite, responsive and helpful by all means. Will surely recommend this property to anyone staying in Dalhart.

Stayed 2x, going ND coming from Colorado. Return trip was in a blizzard. Hotel was super accommodating.we git the last room and the staff made sure the rate wasn't over the top for a last minute checkin.

Nothing, all was great . Breakfast area was the gathering area for many people. Coffee and snacks even at night. Would recommend to anyone

Awesome renovations under new management. From beginning to end, a great stay. Our rm was 123, if I had any criticism it would be that if we wanted to sleep in, probably not bc the office/staff area has a connected door to our room with eager morning workers.

Friendly check in. Room was large. Comfy clean beds. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Clean breakfast area. Lighted parking area.

Loud trailers and train you can hear near by, sometimes. Hate when the room key doesn't work and you have to go back down to activate it.

I loved that the rooms were located inside a building instead of the doors being open to the outside. Clean, comfortable, easy to find, good smiling service, allowed pets.

Make the air conditioning cooler? Seems to be a common thing in motels and hotels. Texas is hot!
