The staff at the front desk, restaurant and business center were consistently very friendly, had a great attitude, and provided excellent service. The rooms are beautifully designed, top-notch, extremely comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with an extensive mall nearby.

On one occasion, staff gave me incorrect information that the business center opened at 3pm, when it actually was open from the morning. Between my lack of Chinese and staff's lack of English, communication could occasionally be a problem, but our mutual use of translation apps definitely helped, and staff obviously had a customer service orientation, trying hard to understand and accommodate.

I wished they had better knowledge about gluten sensitivity issue. In the executive lounge, they labeled some food items being gluten-free although the soy sauce they used included wheat as one of the ingredients. But, they were very eager to accommodate and made changes to their breakfast offering immediately to help with gluten free dietary needs.

Breakfast .. would like more quality western breakfast options . It was still the best breakfast of the hotels I have stayed in Jiangmen . Would be nice if Sauna and steam were kept warm rather than needing to wait for 15-20 minutes . This area though is 1st class . Coffee in lobby lounge should be better .

Has great facilities , lovely diverse breakfast offering , great location near modern shopping centre and a diverse range of affordable and delicious restaurants . This visit found a superb massage place who treated my bursitis better than anyone previously had . Made me pain free in two very economical visits . Very happy

It’s a great town hotel, beautiful and wide rooms, well equipped. Breakfast is good with lot of variety. Staff professional.

I used the airport pick up service from the hotel but it is a way too expensive, luxury car, yes, but it doesn’t matter, it’s out of reasonable cost.

A great hotel that I have stayed at many times before. It is probably one of the best in Jiangmen. The staff are very helpful with a good understanding of English, which is important when you can't speak Chinese! Some might say the hotel does match the star rating of a western hotel, but that is just being picky as it is excellent.

The price is a little bit on the high side for a provincial city in China. I was on a work trip and need access to email etc, which was possible, but slow. The WIFI could really use speeding up a little.

The Wanda is a great hotel and easily matches western standards. Most reception and service staff speak English, making it very easy to stay there. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and western options. I have stayed here multiple times over several years.

There is very little not to like. The wifi could be a bit faster.

We were very impressed with the hotel. Interior fittings and decoration were very updated and classy. Room had lots of space. Staff were very professional and polite. Location was good (although we didn't have the time to roam around much). Breakfast spread were good, but lacking alittle on the taste.

Receptionist Ms. Zhao was offering the warms welcome and farewell to us, her sincerely attitude and service were delighted our trip very much. GSM Jack Huang was very helpful and I’m truly appreciated. Morning shift Concierge (Simon?)and afternoon shift ladies were excellent and given us the good suggestion. I’m definitely to come back in the future.

it was modern , clean and easy to stay in . Breakfast catered for both my western tastes as well as my spouses Chinese tastes . Staff were efficient with enough of them familiar enough with English to allow me no Chinese to make myself understood easily enough . Situated next door to a modern shopping center with eating and coffee options everywhere and an easy walk to some lovely parks .
