For context, our stay was from July 5-8. Hotel is walking distance from Chapultepec bus station (Metrobus Line 7), which offered great connectivity. It’s relatively new so the building (and room) is modern and clean. Staff was super helpful. Terrace has a small plunge pool and lounge area with decent views of nearby skyscrapers. There’s a great cafe (Cafe Atelier) and bar (Berta) right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

Only one downside: the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay but comes with a catch. It’s not unlimited buffet style. There’s a short selection of items which you can only order once. Photo of the selection attached.

I stayed at Vuestro Boutique Hotel for just one night during my trip to Mexico City, and I’m already dreaming about going back—just to stay there again. It was, hands down, one of the most charming, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained hotels I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Every single staff member was so genuinely kind, warm, and accommodating—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The guest rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything smelled fresh and clean—not a single detail was overlooked. The entire hotel had this light, crisp scent that instantly made the space feel relaxing and luxurious. You can tell they take deep pride in maintaining the property—it felt like everything had just been cleaned for the very first time. The decor struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was quiet, peaceful, and felt like a hidden oasis in the city. Plus, they offer complimentary breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning, which made the stay feel even more personal and boutique. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only aesthetically beautiful but also spotless, serene, and run by the kindest team, this is it. I would recommend Vuestro Boutique Hotel to absolutely anyone—and I’d come back to Mexico City just to stay here again.

This new, modern hotel with open spaces and clean lines of great design. It offers spacious and well-laid-out rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds with quality linens, an excellent selection of TV, including 24-hour English-speaking channels, and a well-appointed bathroom with high-quality towels. In the morning, there is a made-to-order breakfast prepared and served by a friendly staff. The rooftop is so well done, with a view of the city, cushioned lounge chairs, and a dipping pool. The security is top-notch with electronic door keys which I appreciated and there is a person at the front desk who acknowledges you when you come and go. I found the location and the surrounding restaurants, cafes, and even across the street a friendly wine-tapas bar, and an Office Depot close by to be great. I rarely write a review for a hotel or anything, but this new addition to Mexico City is a plus for us travelers for sure.

At this point I cannot think of anything that I would change. They are doing things with high skill and design.

There is multiple things missing for good 4* hotel No food or drink options after breakfast. Not even vending machine. It's good that there are close by bars and restaurants. When asked about taxi to Airport, the front desk offered 1000 pesso option and told me that uber can't drop you off at the airport (Not true) Paid 200 pesos for uber who dropped me right at the entrance of airport

I loved everything about this place. I love the modern style, newness, cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast, and our rooms were cleaned daily,location and our room was on the rooftop which I liked. Across the street was a cute wine/food place called Berta.

The only thing was that when we buzzed to get into the hotel it sometimes took awhile before the door was opened. It wasn’t a big deal .

It was really design hotel, with very friendly service. Nice large rooms with a superb shower, very clean, each day very good cleaning service. Good location, many cabs. Very nice breakfast. Good cappuccino

Nothing. Price quality much better as all the chains

The whole front of house team of Danny, Rodo, Lolo, and Breakfast artist Erick were so lovely and helpful, plus their English language skills made our stay so easy.

The beautiful house plants needed a little more attention, watering and dusting.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the daily breakfast exceeded our expectations. It included freshly made green juice, cappuccino’s and even Matcha. They went out of their way to accommodate any request we had!

Great amenities and beautiful hotel. Also really great free breakfast! And increibly helpful staff!

We had a shower that did not drain properly. Even when we asked for it to be fixed it was never fixed during our stay.

People are super friendly. They let us check in early in the morning. The breakfast was amazing. The room is very clean.

The air conditioner is very loud. We had to turn it off sometimes during the night to have some calm sleep.
