Apartment was lovely. Amazing view from balcony. Good kitchen, washing machine, air-conditioning, bbq, Electric car charging etc. Everything you need. Ensuite bathrooms. Home from Home. The Staff were fantastic.

Was not a big issue, but the toilet was a separate room to the bathrooms and had no sink. Therefore, you need to go back to the ensuite bathroom to wash hands. Not an ideal design. Should have own sink with toilet.

A beautiful development, just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful, pristine beach with crystal-clear waters. The villa is cozy and has a wonderful pool, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. I highly recommend it.

It's a shame you can't park at the house, as there's plenty of space. In the hotel's public parking lot, where I had to leave my car, someone dented my door while opening their car.

Liked the accommodation nice pool area with excellent views. Very spacious well equipped villa. Only about 1 miles from good food shopping and nice little restaurant.

Lack of communication from reception. We were sent a text in French about checking out luckily we managed to get the gist of it. It's not hard with Google translate.

Lovely and clean. Great pool. Good location situated 10-15 minutes from Porto Vecchio.

Extra tools in kitchen (e.g only one chopping board).

It was very clean and peaceful place excellent for retreat. the staff was kind and available to answer questions. And were available on phone when we could not get the beddings. They had games which we could play and I love the authentic furniture

They only provided 2 bath coats, for a group of 5 ladies, wifi information was not given upon arrival we had to go ask for it, we thought we were having a private pool and this information was not conveyed. The mail from the pierre and vacances was contradicting the information given.

The Location and the balcony

I didn't like the staff, how they provided the information for us to pick-up the keys, really poor communication, they forgot to warn us about the details. I sent many messages and there was no reply, I had to call before I arrived because no one told me how to get the keys (I had a late check-in)

I was very disappointed with the policies of this residence. To begin with, we arrived around 15:00, only to find that check-in was not possible due to an extended lunch break from 12:00 to 15:00. This is simply unacceptable. Guests are on holiday, and it should be the residence adapting to the clients' schedules-not the other way around. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that we were provided with only two rolls of toilet paper for an entire week. When I asked at the reception for more, I was told that the policy does not include additional supplies. Really? We paid €150 per night, and yet the residence does not provide basic necessities like toilet paper? Are guests expected to buy an entire pack of paper from supermarket given that individual rolls are not sold??? In addition, because we stayed in a studio, daily cleaning was not included. While I can understand that to some extent, what I found particularly frustrating was the barrage of emails and WhatsApp messages the day before our departure, outlining an absurd list of rules: unmake the bed, clean the kitchenette, take out the trash, etc. If no service is provided during the stay, it’s rather bold to demand guests do the final cleaning for you. Lastly, several things in the unit were in poor condition or simply not working-such as the clothes drying rack and the bathroom hanger. For the price charged, basic maintenance should not be overlooked. Not to mention the arrogant attitude of the ladies at the reception... I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed and stress-free holiday. Mr. Pierre and the management team still have a lot to learn about guest satisfaction and hospitality.
