Excellent location in downtown, near shops, very good restaurants, cafeterias, pharmacies, many services nearby. Quiet place, only a few blocks from the heart of downtown. Swimming pool area with seats. The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable, we had a King and a twin bed. Very good furniture, desk. Air conditioning (hot and cold). Electric kettle, complimentary coffee, tea. Another sink outside the bathroom, a small fridge. Safe for valuables. Very good wifi. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. 24 hours front desk. They accommodated to serve us the breakfast at 4:30 am because we had an early check out. The hotel is an old house that was nicely modernized, it is a very good place to stay, and very clean. We recommend El Arribo Hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a beautiful hotel with character, in the centre of San Salvador de Jujuy with all what one needs to relax for a couple of days. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. The pool is small but quite nicely maintained. Good value for money and good location to explore the nearby attractions in Jujuy (quebrada de humahuaca, salinas grandes etc)

Do keep in mind that there is a second floor of rooms with no elevator. The staff helped us carry our luggage to our 2nd floor room.

The aircon is very quiet. A room with a pool view is very quiet The bed was very large and comfortable The room was very large so you could walk around it without struggling with room for your luggage. There was a mirror and plug socket at the desk area - full marks for that!!

There was no soap on the bathroom sink. It was fitted to the shower wall and the bedroom sink wall. So both unobtainable for use on the bathroom sink.

The hotel is very nice with very kind staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed with our family one night because we didn't want to drive at night to Purmamarca, and we didn't want to leave in the morning because the hotel is very welcoming.

The shower was a little bit weak and it took a lot of time for the water to turn hot. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Nice to get an early breakfast. A very nice and helpful staff member in the hotel. He saw to it that we had the right arrangement as to parking our car.

It would have been nice if we had remembered to ask the reception NOT to let us pay IVA as we are foreigners paying by credit card - or if would have been nice if the receptionist had paid attention to the usual procedure in that case....

Beautiful property, clean comfortable room, tea and coffee in the room (including mate tea bags), all three front desk staff were fantastic, enthusiastic and attentive. Parking available in the lot across the street for a low price per day. Nice small pool and deck chairs- much appreciated in the heat. Located near restaurants but not right on the main tourist street— location suited us. Breakfast had good choices.

- Rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and were well decorated - Property is in a great location in Jujuy and walking distance to bars, restaurants and the main square (although the bus station is a cab journey away) - Staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us arrange a tour of Purmamarca and El Hornocal. International travellers should be aware the staff members we encoutered spoke limited English (which was not a problem at all, but just so people are aware) - good options for breakfast

Lovely old property in a great location. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean.

Only minor problem was that at night our room let in a lot of light from the street and the main courtyard, so not so easy to sleep.

Amazing hotel! Wonderfully attentive staff from check-in, cleaners and breakfast team. Huge room, strong WiFi and powerful AC. Quiet street jn central SSdJ. And a pool too!

That I had to leave!

Very nice hotel, with a great pool. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
