Nice, large, new room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff are friendly (they are not multi-lingual). Nice coffee and tea facilities that are complimentary in a cosy dining area.

There needs to be a towel rail or hooks as there was absolutely nowhere to hang your wet towel, or clothes. The card and door key were attached so it was hard to lock the door in the dark. The windows were heavy and could either be closed or completely open. You could not open them a little bit or halfway.

Reception helpful and even took care of parking our car in their secured area. Breakfast was good (especially the OJ) and we found out the second day that you could order eggs if you wished. Wifi was good, beds comfortable, everything clean.

The hotel is built into a hill, so there were quite a few staircases necessary to get to our room. Also, the hotel is located at the bottom of a steep hill and the main square is up the hill. For those with knee issues, just be aware.

The staff was super nice and kind, the room and bath were clean and in order. The breakfast was amazing. The pousada is in a traditional building and very close to the center. Very recommended

They should put a curtain at the upper Windows in the room. The light in the corridor shines directly to the bed, its not really dark during night

I loved the area for relaxation with swimming pool, table, chairs, hammocks - all available to enjoy and relax in. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The pillows were especially comfortable! I’ll be back! A later check out time was also appreciated.
