Convenient to the E6 and in a quiet area. Our room was comfortable, the staff were all nice and helpful, and it came in handy that it is walkable to some grocery stores to re-stock during our road trip. Dinner and breakfast were welcome inclusions and the food was great (mind-blowingly good compared to U.S. Best Westerns, lol). The adjacent "Steinsetting" site was an interesting historical bonus. It's not the fanciest property, but was well kept and perfectly acceptable for our purposes.

Small nit, but being transparent it's a historic building, and some parts have aged better than others. The elevator was acting up on our visit so needed to use the stairs here and there, but I doubt that's a regular occurrence.

The most amazing breakfast buffet - a feast with so many wonderful items! Also, an excellent evening buffet included in the price. Comfortable room, bed, large patio with views, quiet, nice staff who were able to save me some food, as I arrived after 21:30 when buffet closes.

Parking spaces - no available ones, but they allowed me to park in the electric carr slots, as a few of these were empty. A step between the room and bathroom - watch it, so you don't trip

Warm welcome fron Ben on reception. Well done to the cleaning team, the room was spotless. The chef came out into the dining room and chatted with us. He created some very nice dishes. Free tea and coffee in the corridors. Easy check out. Great parking.

One miserable young lady in the restaurant. If the job doesn't suit move on. The rest of the restaurant staff were friendly. A toaster would be an advantage. Cooler bedrooms.

All-day waffles were amazing! Large room and bathroom with nice sitting area. Has an OK gym, good for a basic workout. Dinner and breakfast included in price - excellent buffet meals! Tons of free parking at hotel Very nice, sunny outside sitting area.

Very comfortable hotel, I would strongly recommend it. It serves a wonderful dinner and breakfast buffet. In the afternoon, you can make your own waffles and lounge in the small park. Free parking at the entrance.

Comfortable room, good facilities. Breakfast is amazing compared to the other hotels with similar price. The EV charging station is right in front of the hotel, so nice!

It also includes dinner for free, though need to be careful since they charge extra money for drinks!

This is not your usual Best Western hotel, rather a newer addition tacked onto a beautiful historic house with tasteful interior restorations in its public spaces Also an very nice side outdoor side yard and an excellent buffet dinner included in the room price.

We enjoyed a very good evening meal and a fantastic breakfast. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking space in abundance.

The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. There were stains and hair on the bathroom floor.

First time for us @ Best Western Tingvold. Hotel is located 15 minuttes walk from Steinkjer down town. We did have a great stay here. Hotel staff is very helpful and service minded. And you make your own waffle cakes in the reception between 16.00-22.00hrs. And you have cold supper from 19.00-22.00 hrs. Hotelrooms have a standar lay out and they have been refurbished. Beds are good and you will feel re-freshed after a good night sleep. Will stay here again,thats for sure.
