The bath room is less maintained. The drainage in the shower is not flow. The toilet tissue should be a roll. Should have more varieties of breakfast such as local food.

This was our first time in Phayao (Jan 2023) we didnt know what to expect and it was super quiet. Maybe tourism hadn't come back yet post-covid. M2 was at a beautiful location on the lake, but the lake is Huge and the hotel is far away from the monument or the main food market. No Grab cars were available.

The facilities were great, but the hotel was very quiet with little atmosphere. They have signs saying they proudly serve starbucks cofee. Not what we came to Thailand for but when I asked for a skinny decaf latte I got a blank look, so just asked for an Americano.

Nice rooms

The price is too high. If it was Chiangmai, then the price would ok, but for Phayao, it's too expensive. I've stayed there many times. For regular customers should have a discount card.

Noise from the restaurant. I stayed on the 6th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th. There was a big party in the restaurant that shook the whole building. Why the hell do they have the volume up so loud until your ears almost bleed. Ridiculous. Internet speed was very very slow.

The room was smaller than we expected especially different from the pictures we say on the website.

The two single beds are too close to each other. Also a bit noisy cus it’s the lake side but the road side.

Big, clean, comfortable room with a nice view over the lake. Bathroom is excellent. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff throughout

The air con in our room was too fierce and we found we couldn’t turn it down to a gentle fan speed. That said, the bed covers were good and warm

Breakfast is good and serve with Starbuck coffee. The view is good at the top level.

Bathtub need to be improved.

enjoyed staying and this is our second time. Great Breakfast, room size and great amenity with a good view with bath tub.

Pool had no sun loungers and just behind car park so not appealing to sunbath. 15-20 walk to centre but you can take taxi or bike

The staffs are friendly and professional. The view is amazing. Breakfast line are various and they serve Starbucks. Worth it!
