We had a lovely welcome by the hosts, who were easy to contact and live on site in their own home. There was plenty of household items available for us when we arrived, such as dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, tea, coffee, sugar - that we didn't have to go and get any of that during our visit; plenty of bin bags and toilet paper too. There was even a bag of charcoal ready and for the grill hut, all the wood that you could need was already there. It made everything that bit easier. There was also some welcome local cheese and bread upon arrival as well. The hosts had prepped a folder that had a list of local restaurants and menus that delivered dinner or you could also order breakfast, which was a surprise considering the rural location. This was a really good touch, because self-catering is nice but you don't always want to do that, especially after a long drive. Everything was in very good condition, the house was lovely, the grounds were also really well kept - we enjoyed the private hot tub and barbeque on the terrace - which had a lovely view over fields to the mountains. The pool table in the basement of our house ( Highland) was a lot of fun too. The kids had fun in the larger of the pools - the first pool is really meant for very little kids, it was good it was separate. It was a quiet location. The attic bedrooms are really meant for shorter people. All in all, our visit was great and we enjoyed ourselves. The house did not disappoint. Also dog friendly.

The house is amazing: spacious, well-equipped, with jakuzzi, sauna, and with wooden walls and traditional furniture that create great atmosphere. Contact with the owner was super smooth and friendly, all my questions were answered very quickly and thoroughly. I recommend Osada Maruszyna 200%!
