Hotel is located in north delhi Rohini area, just across the metro station and Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital, shopper stop is just next to hotel and a shopping mall in walking distance and also a public fun park Hotel has very welcoming staff, all the staff security, front desk, house keeping, restaurant all are very well trained and value their customers. We have stayed in room 1207 it’s fairly specious room with all the amenities which needed Bedding was comfortable, sheet and towel were high standard Bathroom was also specious with bathtub, closed shower and WC separately with all the toiletries needed Overall cleaning of room and bathroom was appealing for next stay and wish management maintain the standard Breakfast selection is quite wide, taste and quality of food was good enough and staff in restaurant was very welcoming

It’s far from airport and traffic is an issue as there was metro work going on the road, it took 1.5 hours from airport to reach hotel all the main attraction of Delhi average drive time will be over an hour

Room was great, with a view. Hotel area was safe and surrounded with security. Also restaurant in 2nd floor was amazing.

We came to the hotel without reservation and staff offered us twice bigger price than it was in booking.com (without any discounts), but they were OK to wait until we did reservation online. Also some staff, especially few women seemed that did not want to help with room questions, and pointed us to go speak with men instead, that felt akward that staff did not want to speak with us-foreigners. Other thing, eventhough this hotel is fancy but it did have facilities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and etc. Besides that our stay was great :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I have to say that when we booked this hotel we booked it purely for the swimming pool. When we arrived the hotel wasn’t in use as it was being repaired. We were told that when we booked this hotel it should have been on the booking that the pool was out of use. We have no way of knowing if this is the case or not but I don’t think we would have missed that detail. What I would say is that we were really disappointed and we let our feelings be known to Dennis on reception and he genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. He called around a couple of other hotels in the area and found us one to use (Radisson Blu). He even offered to call around some other local pools for us. He really went out of his way to help us. So if you are reading this Dennis then thank you for your help. Ps if anyone is going from the UK and wants to give Dennis a smile then he is a Harry Potter fan and loves Ron (amazing the things you learn about someone when you chat away)! The hotel isn’t really near the main part of Delhi and if you want to go in via taxi it is about £5 in a taxi and about 40 mins away. However if you are doing at peak times it can take more than double this time. One night we were over 2 hours sitting in traffic and one night over an hour. Twice Rickshaws wouldn’t take us as I assume it was too far for them. However Uber worked a treat and I think the longest we waited for one outside the hotel was about 5 minutes. We also got chatting to the men in the security desk while waiting for taxis and they were so mega friendly and helpful. Thank you Dennis and thank you Crown Plaza! We had a great stay

Location suited me for this trip, but it is a bit out of the wy for the main parts of Delhi. Breakfast was good, service was attentive and prompt. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was better than some similar properties. Checkin and checkout was smooth and quick.

Other than breakfast the dining choices were limited. Food itself was fine but choice was limited. The backrest of the couch in the room was too far back for average Indian build. Few cushions would make it much more comfortable.

Although it is a five-star hotel, the price that I paid was comparable to that of a three-star establishment. Undoubtedly, an excellent deal for the money. There is a spa, clubs, and a shopping complex in the vicinity. Especially noteworthy was the staff's high level of friendliness and professionalism.

Given this hotel is regarded as an international one, I believe their breakfast and dinner should have a great range of cuisine options…not just limited to Indian menu. I believe the pillow has to be changed not only the cover. One also needs to update carpets.

Very well kept property with excellent breakfast. Staff was very cooperative and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel should ensure that guests maintain reasonable decorum. On the floor where we were staying some guests were making a lot of noise. Seems they were having party in their room with 10-15 people. I had to call the duty manger twice to sort this out and it was 12:30 in the night. Anyways it was the sorted out.

General Ambience & courteous staffs! Good options in the resturants. Our appreciation to Ms. Harishtha whos assistance was invaluable in helping to buy a product during a time of an urgent need.

As a guest at a 5 star hotel, I was surprised to find that TV channels are not activated by default and happend to be requested channel by channel and they activated immediately. I expected the kettle in the room to be in excellent condition and well maintained, seems not used for some time.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this property between 30/11 to 07/12/2023. Beautiful hotel with the finest of service. Staff at the reception always eager to help. Traditional greeting and welcome at the entrance is a beautiful touch. Restaurant staff were simply superb!! Chefs were fantastic preparing amazing variety of food. Some staff are worth mentioning as they stood out. Dennis at the reception, Sushil the Maître”D , Ranjit, Kanahiya, Deepali in the restaurant and not to forget Devender, the Head Chef. Very humble and helpful people. In the housekeeping Barsha stood out for her care and attention to detail. Will be back next time we are in Delhi. Great work by the staff and Congratulations to all the staff and the Management!!! Thanks to all for making our stay wonderful and memorable!! Cheers

Couldn’t falter the venue for anything.

The property was very nice and relaxing after a day in Delhi. The bar staff at the Connections bar were excellent. Reception staff were nice, slightly colder.

The hotel is a nice break away from a very busy day in Delhi but it is very far out, literally the last line of the Metro (40mins in on the line) or 40 mins in an Uber / Rickshaw. If that’s what you want then 100% book this hotel as it’s clean, modern and has everything you could want.

Stunning looking hotel.. great night sleep as well. Reception was excellent as was the breakfast. You had a couple of malls nearby as well. We only stayed 1 night as we had a flight the next day.

Location was away from New Delhi.. with the traffic could take about 1 hour.. no near Asian shops nearby ie Asian clothes etc.. it ok for us as we were flying the next day but if you want to go Asian clothes shopping or see central Delhi, then don’t stay here..
