Request to checkout at 4pm instead of 2pm the staff is very helpful.

Easily reached via taxi, didi (uber) and via metro. Very clean hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The king room was adequate in size for a base, the bed ultra comfortable and the shower and toilet were excellent. Daily housekeeping keeps the room very clean and are flexible on when they service the rooms. Soundproofing is OK. You can hear some traffic and planes through the glass windows, which you cannot open. Air conditioning was good and the hotel provided a supplemental standalone conditioner to clean the air as my wife was pregnant. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in China from a western perspective. Plenty of options with fresh bread from the bakery on the 1st (ground) floor. I am a vegetarian and usually struggle out and about in hotels here but I was able to fill up on cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread/toast and also the likes of potatoes, eggs, tomato, mushroom and beans subject to the day as they aren't all available every day. Nevertheless, I thoroughly recommend the breakfast. Check-in and Check-out efficient and friendly. All in all and enjoyable stay.

The metro is around 600m walk over some uneven pavement which may cause some people a few issues with children, pushchairs, luggage or mobility. The metro station exit has no escalator. This isn't a reflection on the hotel but may be a factor for some.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You are close to the metro station (5 mins walk) and there is a lake and park nearby. Plenty of food options including a night market behind the hotel which gets very busy. By the lake there are also some really nice bars. The hotel is a very good standard with great breakfast options and all really fresh. I have visited Wuhan many times and this hotel has everything you need, its also very close to Hankou Railway station (2 stops on the metro or 15mins drive).

The rooms are looking a little tired and are perhaps in need of some refurbishment, they are perfect size for one person but may be a little small for a couple. My only other comment would be that the exterior windows are very dirty and this reduces the natural light in the room

Loved the close proximity to the metro, restaurants and shops. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Metro and can be accessed on Line 2 directly from the airport for $2.50Aud The restaurants in the streets around the hotel are plentiful, the streets are lively with a great vibe. The hotel is luxurious, our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very accommodating and approachable. A special mention to Vista who works in the hotel bar/lounge. What an asset to the hotel this young man is. Great customer service, a nice guy with a great attitude. Thank you Vista for making our drinks, they were suburb.

Not the hotels fault, but when patrons smoke in the halls of the hotel it is awful, and disrespectful.

Hotel was very nice organized with the impressive lobby. Unfortunately I arrived late and I did not have a chance to explore the hotel offer which included some spa invitation. Breakfast area was spacious and there was a variety of dishes. I noticed among different room amenities standard slippers, umbrella, bathrobe etc but also the fire escape hood!

Although requested during reservation the nice view, I had a room with rather non spectacular room.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Location is excellent with many food available nearby. Close to a few underground stations - easy to go airport actually as underground in Wuhan works very well. Breakfast has many choices. Room service is also good as cleaning ladies are friendly.

Gym is a bit difficult to find. Room is slightly a bit dark in my case and aircon temperature is a bit too low but can turn off for a while.

I recently stayed at voco Wuhan Xinhua Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Jennie at the front desk who provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is close to the best dining street in Wuhan, where there are many good restaurants to visit. The hotel is close to the subway and train station, so it is easy to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan.

I would really recommend Voco Wuhan👍👍 The hotel is clean, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly! The location is also very convenient, with numerous food stores just across the road and nearby, making it easy to grab a meal.

Strong smell of smoke You can get to smell smoke even if you’re inside your room😌

my wife checked in earlier and requested. a wheelchair and everything was fulfilled without hassle. We decided to extend 1 more night of stay as the hotel is clean and staff is friendly

Great location with lots of small restaurants and street food nearby. Short walk to the metro. Hotel and rooms were nice inside with friendly staff.

Adjusting the temperature of the room didn't seem to do anything and so it was too warm at night.
