The breakfast was great, and they cook additional items upon request. This resort is centrally located to everything. It is very easy to get into and out of the resort. There is ample parking, open and overhead. The property staff respond very quickly to messages and phone calls. This is the place to stay. I have stayed many places in the vicinity over the years, but for some reason didn't check this place out. The loft rooms afford a beautiful view of the mountain tops with the clouds descending upon the mountains. We will stay there again and again.

We stayed in the loft rooms in the back of the property. Those rooms are located on very steep inclines. I fell twice on the algae growing on the concrete. Other than that they're great. Just to note. If you're elderly or have trouble with stairs, stay in the rooms located on the ground floor.

Globally this was really good, the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Comfortable, clean, decorated with taste. A/C and fridge well appreciated. A bottle of water would be welcome.

I haven’t been able to get hot water, but this is not important for me. The pool wasn’t clean, this is rainy season. Wifi was poor.

Beautiful large pool and lovely gardens. The included breakfast was quite good.

Rooms and bathrooms needed a refurb and the paths etc were scruffy with broken concrete. Think they’ve been putting all their resources into the pool which is great, but need to catch up with accommodation which is very basic and tired looking

The room looked new and was very comfortable. I wish we stayed there for our whole trip.

A bit of confusion about breakfast so we did not order any. That led us to find a Japanese Tea House on the River that was a jewel

We stayed in the sweet right next to the pool, the views of the surrounding mountains were spectacular,the pool was a nice size for my 11 year old daughter very clean, staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. I will definitely stay again

Leaving

It is the third time that I have booked the accomodation on e-Tong. The friendliness of the owners is inredible. So are the views and is the food in this remote part of Thailand.

Breakfast was not included. Fine swimming pool. Generally was treating resort as sleeping place only. Rest of the time we were spending for travelling around. It's good and easy accessible base for roaming around Kanchanaburi.

Good location near mountains, nice swimming pool with warm water, big bed, have hot water in shower. Friendly staff, they let us to check in a bit earlier.

Breakfast for Europeans was so so, better to get breakfast in some restaurant next to hotel. Slow WiFi.

The lady on the desk was exceptional. Friendly and so eager to help. We were given the choice of rooms

Probably the only thing was how hard the bed was.

The location was convenient and close by to my destination.

There was nothing to dislike. All was good except to have more English channels on TV.
