The property was amazing and the staff were extremely polite and good, especially front receiption staff, Ms.Shilpa, who is alloted our room and explained about the facility. Even if the climate outside the premises is hot, we felt a cool atmosphere inside. All the staffs including cleaning and restaurant are polite and respectful. Rooms are well cleaned and also daily room service was good. Myself, wife and son stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the stay very well. Wide place for car parking. Any way very good hotel and affectionate staffs. I will prefer further stays here. Thanks to resort staffs and management. Best of luck

As per hotel instruction need to wear swimming suit or nylon clothes in swimming pool. But found lot of people using the swimming pool in personal clothes. This thing to be clarified and make sign board to follow this instruction near swimming pool

I recently stayed at ABAD GREEN FOREST THEKKADY and had an excellent experience from start to finish. At the reception, The check-in process was smooth and efficient. They offer welcome drink. A friendly Guy from Madurai, Resort Room service man who made me feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, a cozy bed, and a great view. The Resort's location is perfect close to key attractions and easy to access by public transport. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day. The breakfast buffet was a highlight delicious, varied, and well-stocked. The staff in the dining area were attentive and polite, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Had a wonderful stay at Abad Green Woods, Thekkady! The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a very peaceful and refreshing vibe. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained. The best part was the service—right from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, every staff member was polite, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Special mention to the front desk team for their warm welcome and smooth check-in. The restaurant staff was also very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, with a great variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything tasted perfect. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature with excellent service. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again.

Location of the hotel is good, its premises are kept clean and decorated. ambience is good. Plenty of items and nice food for breakfast and dinner. Staff and security were really helpful in answering all our queries.. When my car had a starting trouble, they have called a local workshop guy to assist immediately. Highly appreciate their customer centric approach.

TV (Set top Box) in the room was not functioning, we called the operator , someone came in and corrected but after few hours, same issue repeated and we had to request for a repair yet again. We expect the hotel administration to thoroughly verify and ensure that all equipments are functioning properly before allocating the room.

The room is of a good size for 2 ppl. The pool is very good and well maintained. Dinner and breakfast was good. They were very kind to make modifications to the menu items as requested. I wish they offered more fruit options for breakfast, but most hotels don't even offer fruits in the first place, so this is a win for sure! There are many shops and restaurants around, while at the same time being very quiet and secluded. They are very kind to allow us to use their umbrellas!

There's no place in front to the hotel to unload your luggage protected from the rain.

Complimentary breakfast spread was good with a combination of south indian and continental foods. Ala carte menu was ordered for dinner and it is priced reasonable with the standards of a 3 star hotel Welcome drink was provided on arrival. Pool was well maintained. Property was maintained well and clean. Hotel manager Jithin assisted us well with all the queries and requests Reception staffs and house keeping staffs are well mannered and welcoming Ayurvedic spa facilities available with trained doctors assistance and the cost of spa services seems reasonable Childrens play area and activity area is stocked with board games and table tennis Ample car parking Security staffs round the clock Room service at any point is addressed in shortest time possible Calm and quite environment for families Rooms are clean Value for money spent Coffee and tea maker was provided complimentary and 3 bottles of water a day for a family of 2 adults and 1 kid (10 yrs) Very easy access to boating booking centre and other services Location is the highlight

Breakfast can have some north indian food as well. Gym is missing Activities like cycling can be included for guests Bar facility should be introduced Mosquito repallents should be provided for rooms Keep an umbrella in each room for the guests due to unexpected weather Iron box was not found in the room. Safe locker was missing.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Jathin , Ajit and Nayana at the front office were extremely helpful. Special thanks to the Bibin and his team for the excellent breakfast they served during our stay. Awesome property with close proximity to the city.

Staff is helpful and polite, property location is very near by boating reporting bus stand and station, close to nature, view is excellent, hear bird singing, silent property, restaurants are close by, hotel restaurant serve good taste food, neat and clean, you can birds as well like Drongo, Jungle owlet, Barbet, and monkey, located in core of town and bus stand is near by as well

This property was beautiful with lovely gardens, nice adjoining rooms and a fantastic spa centre

The pool area was very dated and needed a lot of work to bring it up to par, the steps to get in and out of the pool were broken and this just felt like it had not been looked after. Would benefit from having a bar. If you are disabled it is very difficult to get up the hill to the rooms.
