Room comfortable with good variety of amenities (even a mini sewing kit ), decent breakfast with good selection. The staff are really nice and hospitable. .

The noise from the street and night club . And the AC doesn't work (although i didnt ask for it to be fixed , so maybe i didn't know how to operate it ). Overall good.

Big, clean and quiet rooms, good also to work with the laptop. Amazing staff and in particular the night guy at the reception was always very helpful and friendly, and also the security guys watching the cars were always very attentive. Probably the best breakfast you can find in Tunisia.

The double bed of non superior rooms is made of two mattresses, so not the best, while the mattress of the superior was amazing. Pillows are quite thick and hard, improvable, we used ours. The wifi is unstable, and in the restaurant the smell of cigarettes is everywhere, but these are common problems in the country.

Room was very clean, beautifully scented on arrival and every morning after cleaning. Modern, well equiped room , amazing functional and ambient lighting. Huge, ultra comfortable bed, spacious bath...balcony. For a hotel amazing wifi speed over 40 Mbps. Breakfast until 10:30 so you don't have to wake up with sunrise...great. Parking spot reserved and protected by hotel security. Bank/exchange office in the building. Best of all....friendly, welcoming, helpfull...always smiling stuff.

Not a hotel problem...but general Tunisian problem...garbage on the streets wherever you go.

Excellent 5-star service. It is rare to find such a qualitative approach in such small hotels. Not only did I have all the hygiene products in my room, but there was also a bathrobe and slippers, and even a shower washcloth. This is a very high level for Tunisia.

The only thing is that it takes 15 minutes to walk to the city center a little along the highway. And so, it was a great walk

Great hotel, has parking and very comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The best breakfast in Tunisia - great options. Helpful staff, great security guard. There is a bar in the hotel which can get busy and loud- we didn't hear it in our rooms however. It's about 5min drive from the medina and a 20min walk.

A very comfortable business-type hotel. A big room with large double bed on 7th floor with good bathroom and excellent view from the balcony. Heating was most welcome in January. Excellent buffet breakfast. A 10 mins walk to the medina and short taxi ride to the louage station.

Excellent all round. Thanks to the always courteous and helpful staff, I got a room upgrade due to planned party under my floor. They were very helpful due to a booking mix up (my fault). Excellent facilities, good selection on TV channels. bar on site. Excellent breakfast. Very good value overall.

2x2m king bed, modern and spotlessly clean bathroom, room had balcony, extensive breakfast buffet, ample selection of savory and sweet breakfast options

nothing to complain about, at first, they thought they had no parking spot for us but staff moved one of their trucks to provide for parking

Considering the price, it was fair. The breakfast was good, and the soundproofing was excellent — we couldn't hear any street noise.

Parking is not always available for residents, and it would be nice if they added more amenities, such as toothpaste.
