Breakfast and location are great in Joinville. The rooms have a good size and have all what you need for a city stay. A small gym rounds up the stay. Employees are trained and very helpful. Clean room and sustainable measures are in place. Bar in the lobby.

The internet was basically not running at all and needs to be urgently improved. Noise insulation on windows may can be improved with new seals. Body soap and shampoo could be in a big dispenser inside the showers to improve further sustainable measures.

The location is superb; it's practically downtown. Just a block away from the excellent Mueller Shopping Centre, and 2+ blocks away from various pubs and restaurants. The hotel has a decent amount of parking though I would recommend leaving your car there in the early evening so you can secure a spot, and leave it there afterwards. The room was more spacious than I had imagined, and it even had a desk, a small dining table, and an extra roll-away bed. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they allow me to do a late checkout do to some problems.I encountered free of charge. Oh, and it has a great view!

The only problem I had was that I could not turn off the TV using the remote so I had to resort to a disconnecting it altogether from the mains.

The hotel has a great location, and the room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

The bathroom is disproportionately small compared to the room size.

Location is very good. Near to good restaurants and shopping mall.

Parking lot is free but too small. Staff manages this very well as you leave your car keys with them. Area is a little noisy so its recommended choosing a room pointing the back street

The location and room size was really great. The free parking lot has made the difference for in and out around the clock. It was really quite at night. The breakfast was good!

The hotel was closed during the past two years, because of the pandemic (COVID-19), and they reopened 45 days ago. The services weren’t in full operations, with low number of staff members. The hotel is hiring new employees, but requires time for trainings all of them. My wife and I had to move to another room after the first night, because the table and minibar were infested of ants. The manager listened us attentively about the minor issues we found during the past three days to fix them quickly. Another issue was being approached by homeless and/or drug addict people in the parking lot and in the check-in area. There wasn’t a security guard at night in the hotel property to protect the guests.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. I'm a coffee lover, so just the coffee could be better.l, everything else was excellent

The walls were seeped and moldy in some parts.

Nothing to be honest. Would like it to be a bit closer to the beach. Walking is about 1km.
