Very accessible to our destination

It's not that I didn't like it. My observations/recoms are fleece blankets must be provided to combat the cold. The lights are kinda dim, maybe a little brighter is better. Overall ratings, are highly satisfactory, and will come back soon!

The property is a walking distance to SM City Uptown - CDO and the major food parks in Pueblo Business Park. Everything you need is within arm’s reach. As for the apartment itself, it’s relatively quiet and peaceful.

Upon entering, the place seemed alright. However, upon closer inspection and a few hours of use, I noticed a few things. 1) there were snack wrappers tucked underneath the kitchen table. I don’t think that place gets cleaned very often. 2) The bathroom drainage system is abysmal. When showering, some of the water from the shower splashes onto the outer parry of the shower dam. Because of how the tiles/ground slants, the water pools towards the door instead of the drain near the sink. Thus, the water has a tendency to leak into the hallway outside. We had to find a way to scoop the water back inside so it drain properly. Highly inconvenient.

near SM uptown, couple of convenience stores around the area and a lot of food/beverage outlets just a few meters away.

Booking is quiet misleading, would have been better if they show you the photos of the actual rooms that is assigned to you upon booking. The security guards are a bit rude and not helpful at all specially at night or early morning when basically there's no one around that could possibly help the guest other than the guards.

The sheets were like almost worn out and the pillows just needs to be changed already. The property was furnished but going thru the cabinets we see cochroaches. The shower drain doesn’t work well also like we had to remove the cover so water will at least drain a bit faster…

The location

There are a lot of cockroaches specially inside the cabinets where kitchen and dinner wares were placed. They need to fix the floor drain on the shower area coz the water doesn’t drain fast.
