The hotel staff is very humble, polite, helpfull and honest. Our guest mentioned their stay at the hotel seemed a privileged stay with hospitality being at peek in every aspect. What truly impressed our guest was the staff's commitment to going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Whether it was accommodating special requests or simply offering a friendly smile and kind words, their hospitality was consistently at its peak. Furthermore, we appreciated the honesty and transparency exhibited by the staff throughout the stay. From transparent communication about any changes or updates or refunds in case of excess payment and providing honest guidance in each case.
