4-star hotel standard, amazing rooms, very clean and well-equiped, kind and young staff at the reception with knowledge of foreign languages (PL, EN, DE).

A little bit hectic at the reception which is far away from the actual premises. Staff at the reception took lot of time to explain facilities and how to enter the apartments. Check-in and check-out is difficult because there is very small parking for two cars only. On the top of that our parking spot was taken by someone else, we asked for another which was also occuppied.

Breakfast at Radisson was really great with a very good spread, as good as I have experienced anywhere in Europe. The location is superb. Good restaurants, the promenade, the beach, the water park - all within a walking distance. Rooms were nice and clean; the kitchen was well staffed which was a great benefit

Parking situation is really bad specially if you go on peak days. They have very few parkings without a possibility to reserve. If you reach early, maybe you are lucky; for me, I ended up spending 1 hr roaming around the town looking for a parking space, ended up paying 60 Euros to park the car for 3 days. Not ideal. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping; it does not feel stable and makes sqeaking sounds while turning over; not at all ideal. so anyone sleeping here will not have a good sleep.

This was a gorgeous property that was exactly as pictured and right on the promenade.

As stated in other reviews, reception is extremely hard to find. There are signs but they are primarily near reception and not even by the properties. If this is a known issue, the property should provide instructions beforehand. Reception is about a 5-7 minute walk from the actual property. They are also not 24 hours so we were not able to provide keycards when we left. I suggest you head into the Radisson and ask for instructions and they will provide you with a map with directions. This is how we checked out as well.

The location is great, and access to good restaurants is a plus. The Aquapart was awesome and included in the price so the entire family had lots of fun there. The parking place is a must in this location, but I appreciate having own dedicated spot.

Breakfast was served at Radisson Blu which typically is a high standard but the crowd that was present there made it not a great experience. The quality of food and friendliness of staff was on a high level, but I felt like back to school cantine. It was a bit confusing that reception was shared with Radisson Blu after 8pm, but I wish I read the instructions or picked up a call at 5pm. They made an effort to inform me.

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Clean comfortable room with balcony. Breakfast was one of the best in my life.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep on, both, on the main bed in bedroom and on the sofa in salon.

The highest standards and comfort. Stuff very friendly offering top service. Stunning location.

parking place ... outside ...even if booked in advance and paid ... not easy to find a place; in garage ... we had problems with parking our car, as some care were left at side .... making impossible to park at your place ....

We liked the room in general and that it had Klima.

The cleaning service wasn’t good at all, the toilet was not disinfected, shower doors were not cleaned, the floor still had sand on it after the cleaning service. We couldn’t wash our clothes, cleaning service is needed for families that stay longer than 5 days.
