Very clean! Nice restaurant!

The staff in the restaurant and breakfast room were the best!!! The cleaning people were very polite and helpful. I feel the people at the front desk should take lessons from the maintenance staff! Very rude even when checking out! I laid my keywords down on the desk and she basically grabbed them and threw them in a basket. Not one question on how our stay was what so ever!

Had a mixup on our room size the first night, but the manager took care of it for the rest of our stay. Room was clean, and pool was clean (but water was a little bit cooler than some). Staff was friendly and helpful. TV had a good variety of streaming services and was easy to use.

Bed was a little less comfortable than some.

Nice, clean place. Staff were very nice! Good breakfast selection and very nice seating area!! The kids enjoyed the waterslide.

The pool heater wasn’t working so it was too cold for my kids in the big pool. They were out of towels in the pool area the whole time. Had to call and request towels. Need a toaster in the breakfast area for the bagels.

Location was great and staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

It would have been nice to know at check-in that the room would not be cleaned nor the bed made or clean towels brought unless you stayed for 4 or more nights. There is a small sign in the bathroom on the mirror, but is easliy missed. For the price we paid I would have expected the bed to be made and clean towels.

Great newer property. Super clean and quiet. Loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel! Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the evening staff were very friendly.

Everything! Room spotless and very spacious, registration staff friendly and informative, rate reasonable, easy access, bar and restaurant staff busy but friendly and attentive, pizza good. We did not use pool or expertise room but looked good and hockey room was so cute.

Breakfast hit the spot in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved when I saw that there was a lift for wheelchair customers who would like to go in the pool...I love inclusivity!!

Customer service was excellent. Pleasantly surprised that there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel and an outdoor balcony with seating. First Hampton Inn I have stayed at with those amenities.

The hockey room was great. The rooftop patio was great- watched the fireworks from here.

I wish I could have picked up lotion or hair conditioner at the front desk.

It was an average Hampton. Yes, some are better than others. The community does not have much to offer, so the hotel is a welcome oasis.
