The room with the jacuzzi was very comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was super clean, and the bed was very comfy too. The location is amazing as the natural beauty of Ezaro is astonishing.

The ceiling of the room was surprisingly too low, we had to walk crouching most of the time, and we are not that tall lol. While the chairs are very nice looking, they are not very comfortable to watch a movie on the tv. They were missing a simple system to tell the cleaning staff that we were inside the room and they should not come in… a simple door tag would have solved the problem.

The location and the view to the ocean/beach. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The fact that they suggest to let them know one day in advance if you are planning on having dinner at their facility. It makes it somewhat inconvenient.

Nice room with lots of light in contemporary hotel. There's a separate breakfast/dining room for the guests. Our bicycles could be stowed in the garage. On first contact the staff seems to be a bit grumpy, however they are really kind. No breakfast buffet, you pay what you order.

The hospitality of the young enthousiastic owners of this beautiful renovated hotel is top marks! Extremely high customer service!! Prime location of this hotel right at the entrance to the village and across from the lovely sandy, quiet beach! Great breakfast and the best coffee!!

Modern hotel next to the beach, the information centre, and to waterfalls. All amenities were in good order, clean.
