Greeted with a really friendly welcome, carried out throughout my stay, couldn’t do enough for me. Room was excellent, comfortable bed, spacious, and a fraction of a Premier Inn or an Ibis but the same quality: thought the finish throughout the property was exceptional even if the outside doesn’t look all that appealing. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day.

If I was nitpicking, I like a firmer pillow so a mix of both within a room would be great but that’s more down to personal preference. It’s quite a long way to get to without any real public transport nearby so one to bear in mind.

Comfortable beds, bathroom okay, at least windows that can be opened! Very friendly staff, accommodating. Lively neighbourhood, locals definitely don't seem to be shy around here. Rooms in the rear of the property are facing an orchard and very quiet.

Rooms are basic and quite small. Situated along a very busy national road with heavy traffic throughout the day. There are a few bars, night clubs etc. around the hotel, but will need to take the bus into Sint-Truiden to find a proper restaurant.

The personal was very nice, they guide us to the room and asked us if we wanted breakfast. (Breakfast is 20€ per person). The breakfast you had lot of variation of bread, fruits, yoghurts and you could also have eggs with bacon and coffe. We only stay for a night but it was very peaceful and the payment you could do at the moment of check out (until 11.00 am)

I have no complaints about the hotel. Free wifi and parking included. The room (for 2 people) was vrey clean, the bed comfortable and toilet was clean too.

Easy to find, on a main street yet really quiet, friendly personnel, comfortable room, real professional service. Excellent breakfast, variety of gluten- and lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Since there's no elevator, you have to ask about accessibility options in case you have mobility restrictions, before you make your booking. The bathroom/ toilet door is of semi-transparent glass and doesn't offer enough privacy (to be fair, though, I have seen this even in big 4-star spa hotels - I just don't like the idea, but again, this is a matter of taste 😊 I'd prefer the breakfast time to be until 10 am.

The room was a very good size, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

People outside talking were quite loud and sitting just outside my open window. Without a car this is a difficult hotel to reach.

Ideal location for my trip although sited on a main road all the rooms are to the rear where there is a car park, exceptionally well kept and clean, Mark the owner is a very helpful and pleasant fella. would definitely book again.

The rooms were clean and the staff really friendly. The location to the city center is perfect, we walked about 20 minutes to get to our restaurant. Also the outside facilities were great and it had a proper parking lot which was behind the street.

The needs were way to soft and the hotel is actually at the beginning of the red light district. If you are taken off by that you better not stay there.

Breakfast was perfect!

Because the hotel is situated in a main road, there is some noise of the traffic when you sleep with open window. For the rest our stay was very comfortable.

Small hotel with a fair room rate. Room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. The owner is very nice and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel.

Great hotel, in an interesting part of Sint Truiden: the red district which I was not expecting. Great room that was very clean and good taste for the decoration. The breakfast was amazing.
