Excellent location, very friendly staff, and wonderful service. There are plenty of facilities to keep the kids active and an excellent outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The food was excellent all around, the breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality. If you would like to keep the kids busy in a remote location and have some time for yourself, this would be an excellent choice. My four-year-old daughter loved the experience. Plenty of attractions in close proximity as well, wonderful walking paths, the natural bison reserve and much more - the staff are very helpful in guiding you along. We were also blessed with the opportunity of having an outdoor grill which was nice! The only recommendation would be to have some kind of an indoor play area alongside the restaurant - so that kids could play when the weather gets cold or the rains come in. Overall, we loved the experience, kudos to the service and the wonderful friendly staff, and we will visit the place again in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Enklawa Białowieska Forest & Spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of this hidden gem nestled within the ancient Białowieża Forest. The rooms at Enklawa Białowieska Forest & Spa are nothing short of perfection. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and rustic elegance. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the high-quality furnishings to the thoughtfully curated amenities. The rooms provide a cozy sanctuary that ensures a restful and rejuvenating stay. What truly sets this retreat apart is the magical atmosphere created by the enchanting Białowieża Forest. The forest, which is believed to be centuries or even millennia old, surrounds the property and immerses guests in a sense of tranquility and natural beauty. The sight of towering trees, the gentle rustling of leaves, and the crisp, fresh air make for a truly immersive and serene experience.

Generally, we had a pleasant stay! The room was very spacious with magnificent windows over the forest, the location is right in the middle of the forest and the Puscza is like 5 minutes away by the car. The facilities are new, the room was well-cleaned.

It felt that many details were not really thought through. For example, the sauna and the pool are open only until 20.00 o'clock, and they are located somewhat away from the buildings with the rooms. No bathrobes were offered neither near the saunas, nor in the rooms. The hotel is located in the forest, but the kitchen at the only restaurant they have works only until 20.00. There are no shops or snack bars, water was not provided in the rooms. The breakfast costed 75 ZLT per person -- ridiculous amount of money, in my mind.

The apartments are very practical, have everything you might need on a longer family trip stay, clean, big, the overall feel of the hotel brings tranquility and peace and gives you relaxing vibes; the outside pool & sauna area was nice and relaxing.

We did not like that for a family of 4 we received 3 towels, that the second (kids) bed did not have full bedding to accommodate 2 kids (when we booked like that). We also were not impressed by the meals and options at the Sports Bar, given that the hotel is a bit secluded and it would have been amazing to have options for meals (like steak & salad, or different simple pasta options - not only pierogi). Luckily we were there for 4 days / 3 nights and we had only lunches in, for all other meals we went out, although we would have loved to spend our time & money there.

New and very nice and modern property placed in beautiful forrest. Clean and convenient for families with kids (small kitchen, separate bedroom) nice playground and treetop obstacle course on site, small outdoor swimming pool (we didn’t use it as it was too cold).

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress far too soft. During check in we were not informed about breakfast place and time, restaurant availability, checkout time etc. We booked apartment for 4 people but only two sets of towels were provided. Air con did not seem to be working properly. Apartment was very hot and despite having air con on (which was v. loud!) it was not cooling the place down. We were only staying for one night so we just got on with it but it was not very comfortable. LOTS of mosquitoes (which is not property’s fault but just get prepared!) Also parking required additional fee, which is bizarre. The place was in the middle of nowhere so you’d need a car to get there. This was unexpected additional cost.

Amazing location in a beautiful environment. I rented an appartment and it was a very good utilised and complete place. The appartment was clean, the wifi very strong and the bed was great. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast more than complete. The rest and quitness is amazing. Definitely the best scrambled eggs in the World!

I could call the apartment is fancy, great new renovation even still the smell of cement and paint. Big area for walking, everyone behaves nice

You need to pay additional fees for swimming pool area even if you booked hotel. Expensive restaurant with not tasty food, like very not tasty. If you order usual french fries you will get it without ketchup, you need to order it separate for 7pln for small portion. Breakfast costs 55 pln per person, there were a lot of flies and again hard to choose something normal to eat.

Location, close to all attractions. New apartments. Everything inside apartment and outside is clean and organized. Cool attractions for children.

Reception is badly located in the corner of eating area. Whenever there is more than one guest you have to queue between tables where people eat. Bottom of the swimming pool requires cleaning, that's not done regularly except for drowned items.

Exceptional location in the middle of the forest with all the facilities of a good hotel: pool, sauna, restaurant etc. Great fun for kids - tree climbing with instructor, bikes rental. Spacious, well equipped and super clean apartments. Smoke free, animal friendly. Will come back for a longer stay!
