Really enjoyed my stay, I thought the staff was very kind and determined (The week before, it had been 116 degrees! Also, I noted they had remodeled some to improve guests' stays.) The room was very clean, non-smoking, the place smelled nice, decently updated, comfortable, well appointed (although I did report a couple of 'anomalies', like a blistered toilet seat, and no sink drain cover). There was little to no external or internal noise, but that might have been due to few guests. Fridge and microwave, A/C, ice machine, nice shower head, worked great, and although they offered free breakfast with stay, I didn't have any. Bed was great, not super soft, but not hard either, slept well. From my first-floor room, could see my car and great sunset. I honestly think that, given limited offerings in the area, this was a worthy place for the price. Really appreciated them!

Blistered toilet seat, like someone had put something hot on it. Also, the sink drain smelled a little over night, and there was no cover on it. I reported these items and the manager on duty welcomed the information about it and took notes.

The staff was great. They are pet friendly and have a big area behind the hotel to walk your dog. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast smelled great and looked inviting. The coffee was good and hot.

The TV remote did not work for the tv, could have been me not knowing how to use it. The shower curtain and walls in the shower were very dirty. There was black grease or oil of some kind on the shower wall and the shower curtain where someone with very dirty hands showered. Other than that and a dirty Qtip under the TV stand the room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The hotel is right next to a major truck stop so it's pretty noisy especially if you are outside but it didn't bother me.

There are only like 4 hotels in Gila Bend. 3 of them around the same price range and 1 of them ridiculously over priced. This hotel I stayed in more than once and even though there are some minor issues in certain rooms all and all it is a comfortable stay and worth the price.

There is a certain staff member that needs to improve on his social skills. Room 107 is next to a room that seems to be rented to cats and sometimes the smell is very apparent and the remote doesn’t work and the toilet has a hard time flushing. I have expressed this to the staff seeing I stayed there multiple times but it never changes and even tho I specified on my reservation to to reserve that particular room for me they did multiple times.

It was comfortable and had renovated rooms. The staff was friendly and there was a decent breakfast.

The bathrooms did not look like they were renovated. The walls needed to be painted - lots of marks and spackled holes, but a fresh coat of paint would easily cover them and make it appear cleaner. I don't know if the bathtub was stained or just dirty, but dark marks all over it too

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was really large and comfortable. It had a extra large refrigerator and lots of TV channels. The air conditioning and the hot water worked well. The hotel was quiet and safe. There were plenty of extra pillows. The room had two sinks with one outside the bath door. There is an extra large closet that would be food for an extended stay.

There is no elevator. Hallways and stairs need to be cleaned better. This is an older hotel. Don't expect miracles.

This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, not even on the main drag in Gila Bend. The only thing out there is a truck stop next door. It's very close to I-8. I was stopping by after driving non-stop from Atlanta, and I got 12 hours of lovely sleep before heading to Mexico for dental work. The hotel is fine for that. The bed was hard, but survivable. The tub was very chipped - too chipped for me to take a bath, but the shower was fine. Breakfast was simple but nice - just hard-boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cereal and fruit. Orange juice and coffee, coffee, coffee! Also in-room coffee maker, fridge & microwave. I liked the USB ports on both sides of the bed, as well as easy-to-reach outlets. I didn't have a chance to use the pool; I never even saw it. Next time!

No hairdryer. Not a big deal.

Whilst the location, being a little way out of Gila Bend, may seem a problem, reality is that Gila Bend is not somewhere I would like to stay. Eat your eve meal in Gila Bend THEN travel to this place. Staff are nice. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast could have been better but for the price, it was as expected. Trucks can be a bit noisy but glazing is pretty good. Could hear the guy snoring next door and some of the workers shout down the corridor at early hours.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom needs to be renovated but was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a very good variety of both hot and cold items. Everything was tasty. Price was very good.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was in a quiet area of town and clean. Our overall stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Had to drive a ways out to get to attractions but didn't mind. We didn't get fresh towels everyday we were there, which I thought was unusual but it was fine cause when I asked for them, they were given.

Joel was very patient and kind. He took the time to understand our needs (allergic to ticks), and came up with helpful suggestion (stay an the third floor), and checked that the room was not occupied by pets recently. Great guy.

WiFi in the room was not consistently good.
