Perfect location and walk to Marion Bay. Villas spacious and satellite TV was great. We paid for linen and was happy as we did not want to carry linen from Sydney. Lovely seating area outside to enjoy evenings. Beds were comfortable but pillows were very soft. The Villa was well placed to drive comfortably to the national park.

The Villa was not cleaned well at all and the microwave was dirty. Utensils missing from kitchen and frying pan was dented. The exhaust fan above the stove was so noisy we could not use it.

We stayed in No. 2 unit which has been recently renovated, iIt was a very roomy unit for a couple to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The comfortable bed allowed us to have a good night’s sleep. Instructions provided were very clear and simple to follow. Internet connection remained strong. Support with help with TV operations was quickly and politely solved by the cleaner. This unit is in a great location for beach as well as National Park exploration.

The crockery provided was a bit sparse and mismatched. The outside communal BBQ needs some attention and regular cleaning. Perhaps a lid for the hotplate would protect the BBQ

Our villa was perfect for us - located close to the national park and within walking distance to the beach. Checking in and out was simple and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prep & cook our meals. The hosts provided a comprehensive guide to prepare for our stay here including advice to bring most of your provisions with you. This is super helpful because there aren't a lot of shopping & dining options in this remote area. The Marion Bay general store stocked more items than we expected though when we dropped it to check it out. The area is gorgeous and wildlife is plentiful! Daddy emus & their babies roamed freely throughout the area. So convenient to stay here & explore the Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

A bigger cutting board for food preparation would have been handy.

Very affordable, Nicely updated kitchen and bathroom, excellent location, heating and cooling, shower was really good, bed was comfortable, tv/dvd player adequate, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, 2 outdoor undercover decks, very presentable, good fishing, nice beaches, close to Innes National Park, nice and quiet, excellent stove top, Innes National Park good roads and well run, kangaroos, emus, and lots of wildlife

Inadequate signage (hard to find), toilet seat loose, glass sliding door couldn't lock, no oven facility, bad roads, local general store could do with more tourist/reading material

The location of the property was fantastic right by the beach and really close to local amenities such as gas station and a local restaurant. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were new and up to date with good shower pressure.

Some of the plates in the cupboard had water in them when we went to use them and could maybe have just done with a bit more of a clean around windows.

The property must have been newly renovated as it was very clean and looked very new, it was a huge cabin with all of the amenities that you could want and additionally within walking distance of two beaches, and emus and kangaroos roaming near the property which was nice. We found this place to be extremely value and an extremely pleasant stay

Not a fault but the area is very remote and aside from an extremely overpriced convenience store the nearest grocer is 30 minutes away so important to arrive prepared with groceries.

Great, affordable and comfortable accommodation very close to the beach. Loved that it was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and a verandah. Communication in advance on check-in procedure and what was in the villa was quite clear. Great place for a beach getaway!

Shower leaked a bit into the bathroom. Kids room could have a better black-out blind. Otherwise great!

The cabin itself is huge and feels very comfortable. It has all the amenities you would need for a longer stay, including a rather big kitchen unit. - At day - I enjoyed the sun on the terrace, by night the unspoiled night sky. The area is very quiet.

There's either the aircon's inverter or a little mobile heater to keep you warm, which they both do very well. Unfortunately, both are emitting a lot of noise too which makes it a little hard to sleep at night.

The villas were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, good fridge. Comfortable beds. Great TV. Spacious.

The Booking.com website says "Pets are not allowed" but one villa's guests had two dogs. We personally do not wish to stay in accommodation where there are or have been dogs. We would not have booked Marion Bay Holiday Villas if we had known that management allows people to bring dogs other than service animals. If animals are indeed allowed, please amend your website or send someone to check to see that guests are doing the right thing.

Great location! We had a great time exploring the national park and Marion bay. The property had all the basics we needed and was neat, clean and tidy. Brett’s communication was excellent and it was a great stay.

Not a huge issue and it was probably a good thing but the wifi did not work.
