I liked how the owner of this property is actively monitoring the hotel himself, he was very nice when he upgraded my room to a suite after I told them there was a smoking smell in the room.

There was no water kettle, when I asked for one they took forever to respond but lastly I just got a bottle of water not the kettle.. and I paid for the water double the price in the market.. they said the complimentary water is only provided at your first day, when you extend your stay you don’t get a new one! The iron was dirty and could’ve ruin my Thobe. The door for the suite was broken and had a crack where the outside is visible from the inside of the room and vice versa.

Everything was perfect. I rent a flat with 2 rooms. It was way better than it looked in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The flat is clean and new. The location is close to many facilities and restaurants

Water pressure was weak in the shower. It was not easy to take a shower

everything was great .. simply a good stay for 2-7 days

We did an over night stay on our way to Madina from Riyadh. I can say that it was a good property to spend the night or maybe more as per the plan. I booked a standard room but we got upgraded on the spot in the same price to a junior suit. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I will stay there again in future as well.

The rooms were not sound proof. That was the only issue

Good location for my purpose. Staff very kind, understanding, keen to help, welcoming. Clean from lobby, through the lifts and the floor my room was located.

Hmmmm. From what I experienced, I cannot say there was a thing that I did not like. However, I wished the room had a view to the outside instead of the inside.

the place was calm and nice. it’s near to the Center of the city which is so good for us, the receptionists were respectful and helpful. we enjoyed our time there. thanks

the toilet wasn’t that clean.
