Beautiful hotel, great parking facilities, lovely entrance. We arrived late evening receptionist was very friendly , welcoming and informative . After a quick shower we headed to the main restaurant, wonderful staff, excellent menu , good choice of food on a fixed price menu, wines were also well priced, had a very good meal all 3 courses were super! And best cheesecake ever. Breakfast was in a beautiful room, the presentation was amazing and the choice and freshness of food was the best we’ve seen in our travels . Did not have a chance to enjoy the spa or the pool as we were on a long journey, hopefully next time. Room was lovely too, nice interiors, well designed . Staff throughout super friendly!

All of the staff are super attentive, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Our rooms were cleaned daily and left spotless. Beautiful hotel with lots of facilities including a spa, which unfortunately we didn't use, but it looked lovely. The pool was really nice and the perfect temperature on a hot day. The hotel is in quite a remote location but easy to get a taxi called at reception and it's actually quite nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle. Overall we loved the peaceful aspect of the hotel and we will definitely be back again one day!

The only downsides we found were the fact there isn't much to do for families with kids other than go to the pool during the daytime. And there aren't many food options for vegans at breakfast and dinner so I was mostly eating just salad and bread, but the chefs are quite accommodating and if you ask them directly they will cook you something like tofu or tempeh. We couldn't find any restaurants with vegan options in a close range either so that was a bit of a struggle but since we were only there for 5 days it was manageable.

breakfast very well as usual. First year we missed the smoked salmon, which allways was available the previous years. No big deal though. The room clean and spacious. We liked the spa, especially the Magnum. The staff friendly and helpfull. Dinner (buffet style, only fridays and saturdays) not bad at all.

Unfortunately they increased the price for the dinner with 20%, compared to previous years. We found that this increase was not worth it, and the food was a little less of quality compared to other years.

After a long drive it was so amazing to arrive at the hotel. Staff were great. Especially Jan who saw to us with drinks and snacks late at night. The sheets and pillows were the most softest I’ve ever felt. Very peaceful and chilled. Would love to go back and experience the pool and spa.

Lack of Tea/coffee making in room. No lunch menu just an average very limited lunch/snack menu especially when the evening meal was so excellent, which was so odd. Otherwise fabulous, so don’t be put off, do go.

Everything was great! The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and a nice view. The towels and the bedding smelled really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the best breakfasts you can have. Amazing coffee machines with capsules. The SPA at the hotel was good but the option to choose Magma SPA was something extraordinary. The complex also has a nice parking lot. We will definitely come back!

The location, the hotel itself was very impressive, lovely pool area, very nice room and breakfast was excellent. We ate evening meal at the hotel and had the tasting menu which was outstanding in terms of taste and quality and service

The wifi didnt work in the room and there was no tea / or coffee making facilities. But on the positive the receptionist sorted us a kettle, cups and milk so the latter became a non issue

Room was big, with big bathroom. Clean and nice. Personal was absolutely amazing, ladies at the reception helped to change a day of reservation, as l maked a mistake. Restaurant was amazing and guys wait us later then it was their working time. Cocktails in the bar were also amazing. Nice small spa just in the hotel and big spa termal complex just 2 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Amazing Catalan breakfast, outdoor pool and gardens, beautiful building, beautiful spa. Staff was helpful. Tons of space indoors and outdoors, the place doesn’t feel crowded

the r interior decoration did not make the place feel cozy because of the materials it has been built (metal and glass). It makes the place feel very cold, and this does not match with how the place is in reality

We had a great experience with our stay! Staff was nice and speaks English, interiors and exteriors of the hotel look well-maintained and stylish. Beds were comfy, and the room was clean. Breakfast and dinner had great offer, and spa with massages and facial treatments were great! Also there is a nice hiking area starting right near the hotel. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
