the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our two little ones. they even brought a crib. very friendly people. the hotel also offers filtered, cold water and tea and coffee 24/7 breakfast buffet has great options and is yummy

I personally am not a fan of the rain showers, coz the pressure is not as good and not practical for kids

Spent just one night there. Just needed a room to sleep. Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning looked good but was not able to try it, we had to leave to meet up with family.

Had trouble checking in. It took me a half hour to check in!! An the room they first assigned me was not what they had approved online. And, it wasn't even made-up yet !! They had to give me another room. Only one receptionist checking in guest and she was in training!
