2 glasses in the room was dirty- with lipstick on one and something dried in another. Breakfast not like they show on fotos, but not bad. The sheets are old and in pellets. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, perhaps it was like this before. but now it is quite old, updated in some things

Hotel located in good place, close to shops and restaurant. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room clean, comfortable and nice. Hotel friendly for dogs which accept them. The breakfast good and various. Not too far from Bad Muskau and Rakotzbrücke. Hotel offer free parking.

Fortunately I arrived before receprion had closed and was able to get checked in by a human. The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

I strated out trying to use the automated check-in and couldn't get it work. Fortunately the receptionist resued me, but it could have been very frustrating.

Everything. Very nicely located near shops and restaurants. Clean and up to standard.

They need an air-conditioning for when it's hot. A fan for a 4 star hotel is not a nice idea

Nice room. Good location.

Staff were busy due to an event, so the reception was not as pleasant as I would have expected. No left baggage facility.

The computer entry into the Hotel with all the complex instructions to enter the hotel, spent 40 minutes trying to enter the Hotel.

Lovely hotel….clean, spacious room, quiet, good location, friendly staff. Very nice having complimentary water and a bar fridge.

Shower hose looked like breaking off.
