The hotel is located not far from the airport. We came very early in the morning, so we couldn't reserve the free transfer and we had to take a taxi, but on our way back to the airport they took us there for free. We enjoyed the breakfast: various dishes, drinks, it was very substantial. The room is big and clean. There were fruits for us on the table in the room.

The shuttle bus service was very disappointing. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. But it was late for about 40minutes when it picked us up and was already left when it was going to take us to the airport. We agreed to meet at 8am but when we went to the door at 8am it was already gone so we had to catch a taxi.

They helped us with a free shuttle for our flight out that evening. It was really helpful. Everyone spoke english well as well. They accepted mastercard unlike most places in Beijing.

More late night shuttle options. Our flight was in the early hours of the morning and we would of preferred a shuttle closer to the time we needed to be there, the last one left at 10pm.

The front desk staff were amazing considering that I arrived very late at night. I was offered a complementary breakfast. There was an option of soft or firm pillows. Complementary fruit and water. Exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn

The hotel is quite far from the airport and the taxi drivers at the airport didn't know where this hotel was & took me to another Holiday Inn

Handy to the airport. Lovely, big, comfortable, clean rooms. Nice outdoor barbecue area to chill in. Handy convenience store on site. Friendly staff.

We couldn’t adjust the air con temperature below 24.5 degrees and felt the room was too warm. You can ask for a fan and that cools things down though.

Clean, breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Name does not come up on DiDi. I typed in ‘Holiday inn Beijing Airport Zone’ and it took me to another Holiday inn. I had to get the staff there to help me find it. It was actually named ‘Hanggang Zhijia Hotel’ on DiDi which I would never have known had the staff at the other hotel not helped me. I spent extra money and time trying to find it which was annoying.

Amazing hotel in the airport area. Subway station Nanfaxin line 15 in about 15 min walk, quiet neighbourhood. Perfect breakfast! Clean and spacious room! Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

1.Clean hotel. 2.availability of free shuttle to and from the Beijing capital airport. I missed my first shuttle due to immigration process,however they did not charge instead they sent another shuttle In less than 15mins 3.Receptionist understood English, a translator device is available for better communication

Lovely rooms and excellent breakfast Manager welcomed us, she went out of her way to help with every aspect of our stay, forgot her name, but thank you for your help, especially booking reservations for trips! First time in China, close location to airport and not far from city made the stay easier.

A little further from the airport than expected. A very small selection of food when we arrived at 8pm was not of great quality. Breakfast not too bad though
