The room was great. It was clean, comfortable. There was also multiple remotes for the TV, so one was always within reach. Also liked the remote control of the heat/air conditioner. Did not have any problems with noisy guests.

The restaurant / bar was not open. Not a real problem, because there are many eating places surrounding the motel. Did not know that booking the hotel though a third party (Booking.com) meant that my Wyndham Rewards would not be applied.

The staff works hard and is pleasant. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The stay was well worth the cost for me. The pool area is beautiful and dated to a time when a lot of thought was put into making hotels a vacation in and of themselves and not just a place to crash on a vacation between sights to see on a vacation itinerary. That is the nicest aspect of this hotel. Just being in it can be a relaxing and quiet vacation for individuals,couples and families.

For me, this hotel was fine. It is everything I loo for in a hotel.

Prior reservation made through wyndhamrewards was a nightmare. That was the reason for making a separate one here. Process actually went much smoother than expected.

They did not have any breakfast option. That is not a big deal to me as I do not usually eat breakfast, anyway. But I do usually get juice or something to take with me.

Dog friendly w/o extra charges & our room was on the bottom floor not far to get outside to our vehicle w/o going through the front. There is a inside pool in the hotel.

Even though we put the dnt disturbed sign up the maid always daily knocked on the door 🚪 & either woke us up or disturbed us from getting ready.

The room was large, spacious. Coffee , microwave, and fridge. Handicap room, large bathroom, but had tub, not walk in shower. Shower was great. Very clean.

Too me, not enough lighting. My husband thought it was ok. Clean, but used shampoo bottle left on tub. Handicap bathroom, but had tub, not walk in shower.

The staff was exceptional to all of our needs went beyond to make our stay perfect. We had five rooms booked and absolutely no complaints.

The location of this motel is an easy in and out and also had room for pull-thru parking for my U-Haul trailer. Staff was friendly, there was coffee, and everything was tidy and clean. I didn't use any services like the pool or anything though. to sale

My gripes mostly didn't have to do with the motel or the staff itself. 2AM there was rowdy people being loud in the hallways, and there was only 1 channel on the TV.

Great location and reasonably priced

Had to recheck in several times over three weeks. One of the front desk clerks charged a deposit each time but the others didn't. Vending machine for snacks not working and laundry room closed

Room was very clean, nicely outfitted and very stylish. One would never guess that from the exterior of the facility.

The exterior nearly scared me away. It is in desperate need of improvement. solace looks deserted. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have kept on driving.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great price. Restaurant within walking distance.

Don’t put on your description of things the hotel has to offer, a restaurant/bar, when you aren’t operating that part of your facility anymore.
