The cleanliness of the room and facilities in Pousada Molhes da Barra was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was good and we even got a recipe for a delicious cold cake (bolo gelado) from Neita. The location is perfect because it is possible to enjoy both the Mampituba River and the Molhes beach. There is a nice long walkway by the river bank that extends all the way to the end of the waterbreak (molhes).

While the bathroom was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for our needs during our time at the hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, near the picturesque Rio Mampituba and its new promenade by the sea. The breakfast is very good, with fresh juices, fruits and delicious cakes.

It seems there was a problem with the internet connection on our floor which was not resolved during our stay. It did complicated our communication with friends and family.
