Location, room, bath room, bed, food in restaurant: both dinner and breakfast excellent. Friendly staff.

WiFi not usable in our room. Had to use 4g all the time. There was a dead bird in the pool and leaves. We were 4 to sit by the pool. By the evening the pool was clean but there was nobody anymore to use it. Party beneath our room: very noisy until midnight. Not what you what expect for a location in nature surroundings. We stayed in 3 cities before our stay and it was more quiet. Rooms are poorly isolated: we heard our neighbour's TV programs until 1:30am.

It is nicely restored traditional Spanish house with a great charm. It is situated about 15 minutes drive from Montoro on narrow, winding road. We booked a double room for one night. It was large and nicely furnished. The bed was comfy. A good size bathroom. Everything was clean. Our room was on the second floor. First floor has plenty outside and indoor sitting areas. Parking was inside the property. Very good breakfast with great selection.

The receptionist and the staff didn't speak any English. The room didn't have the kettle, we had to look for somebody to make tea for us.

The property is stunning in the most beautiful surroundings, amongst olive trees and orange trees . The room was comfortable and the swimming pool was welcoming . We enjoyed a traditional spanish dinner and a lovely breakfast , with very attentive service . The staff are very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely stay . This was our second visit and this time we were returning back to the Uk . Definitely recommend this lovely hotel .

Wow! What a hidden gem - in the olive groves above Montrose - wonderful setting, beautifully restored finca in lovely grounds with a large swimming pool. Such a warm welcome (with a glass of cava) from Sandra….and it just got better. Very stylish, comfortable rooms with en suites, thoughtfully providing good toiletries and all that was needed. All the staff were fantastic and did everything to make our stay so enjoyable with delicious food, locally sourced. It was so relaxing to stay in such tranquil surroundings. It was a shame that we only had one night in such a wonderful place.

Such a cool place! The owners are so so kind and welcoming. After seeing some previous bad comments about the pool we can contest the opposite, the water was perfectly fine! It's a large pool and open 24hrs so we had a wonderful evening swim! The room is spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was awesome, great pressure and no problems with temperature. Safe internal parking.

Soundproofing could be greatly improved, despite the walls being thick, there is very audible noise that can be heard from neighbouring rooms.

We loved our stay . The was traditional and comfortable with tooietetries and robe provided . A great view of olive trees and orange trees . We had a lovely dinner in the courtyard and breakfast was good . Close to the old town of Montoro and ko distance at all to the motorway, so perfect for a night stop . The staff were all lovely and we tried to communicate in spanish . Definitely recommend this hotel .

It is a beautiful place surrounded by olive orchards with a great history. The restaurant still contains a number of old olive processing equipment from the past. The breakfast was adequate and included in the room rate.

They advertised thar staff speaks several languages. However, the 2 staff members there didn't speak English and were not able to answer our questions. We were the only guests until another couple showed up later. The place looked deserted. Our room was very hot at night. Dinner was not worth the price.

Converted 18th C olive mill, small 8 room boutique hotel. Pet friendly, lovely swimming pool with plenty of loungers, pool towels and robes provided. Wonderful views across olive groves. Beautifully furnished public spaces, comfortable bedrooms, good wifi, lots of hot water. Antonio the owner is charming and helpful, nothing is too much to ask of him when it comes to customer service. Delicious breakfast and fantastic dinner menu. 10 minute drive to Montoro.

Very relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy escaping the heat with some swims in the pool. Onsite restaurant meant did not have to leave. Enormous room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. About 10 minutes drive from Montero which is worth stopping to look at.

Only real area for improvement would be if restaurant service staff were a bit more accessible during service.. they were possibly busy elsewhere on the property but it was sometimes difficult to catch their attention.

We had plan to stay in the hotel during one of the days to have a relaxed day in, but the heating was turned off during the day. It’s cold in December and we were traveling with kids, so we ended up spending the day out as it wasn’t very comfortable in because of the cold. Everything else was fantastic!
