We had a great comfortable stay at Vivanta Tawang for 2N. The hotel is located a bit in the outskirts of Tawang and has great views of the surroundings. The property has great amenities such as temperature controlled pool, steam, sauna, games room & library. Breakfast spread was decent. As we had gone there for a birthday celebration, the staff arranged for a special celebration and decor. Would suggest the hotel to include local food dishes in the dining menu for guests.

The location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and always checking on guests. Sandeep, the GM was personally speaking to guests to ensure all are having a comfortable stay. Housekeeping, front desk, F&B were all very attentive to every need. So 10/10 to the staff!

It’s a newly opened place so they are still ironing out issues like electricity switch over and constant heating in the rooms. Also, cars should be parked under a shed so no frost in the morning in case someone needs to leave early. I had to pour lukewarm water over the car for 10 minutes to just open all doors.

This is one of the best hotels in places like Tawang with all the facilities and good ambiance. The cuisines are also tasty and hygienic with lots of options. I did not find any drawback. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall our stay was a very comfortable one. The entire team was exceptional and the GM Mr. Sandip ensured that our visit was a successful one. He helped us with our acclimitization efforts and also with information on things to do. Rooms were clean, service was prompt and food was great.

Kids wanted a video game console for the evenings - Tawang gets dark by 4.30 in the winters.

The location is set away from town and offers amazing views. The property is new and clean. The staff are friendly and go over and beyond to help. Pena, Divya, Prabhat and everyone else made me feel at home. Don't hesitate to book.

The property itself is so beautiful! The staff were super nice and so helpful. Although they were facing some issues with connectivity due to heavy snowfall, they went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for us.

Staff behaviour, cleanliness & food was excellent. Dining manager Ajay was superb.

Extremely poor communication network. 90% times, there was no wifi signal .

All was good, since the facility is still new and being worked on, some of the things do have teething problems but otherwise all was great.

Staff, Hospitality and Food was excellent. Special mention to Ajay Kumar who made our stay memorable and our 5yr kid enjoyed. Will definitely recommend and re-visit in future.
