Very new, modern and very relaxing hotel. Great buffet food and friendly staff. Awesome lakeview and SPA. The child room for our toddler was very much used and appreciated. We really loved the rooms. Spacious and clean. 10-15 minute drive to the Baltic Sea.

We did not like that you have to pay extra for parking. Around 12€ per day is a lot and they have plenty of spaces. You arrive and they directly make you pay for parking. Why not include it in the hotel price and give customers more comfort?

We had to pay extra for parking which was quite expensive since there was no other option to park on the street Everyone was nice but since they did not speak proper English which is the standard, it was hard to communicate The whirlpool and jacuzzi had cold water .. therefore not pleasant to stay in it, We stayed in a room next to the rooms with dogs and there was a dog barking all night so the walls were not thick enough.. Overall a great hotel but for the price and quality lots to improve

+ Loved the style of the hotel, modern but cozy. Beautiful furniture. + Super spacious, including the rooms. + 25 minute walk to the beach through the forest, loved it. + Despite the fact that the hotel seemed full, the spa/pool area was not too crowded and we were able to enjoy it. + Nice deep tissue massage.

- Limited amount of vegetarian options, both during breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. - Check in took 10-15 minutes, it should be faster. - At check in, we have been told that we would need to make an extra payment for the parking. I think it would be better if they included it in the price of the hotel, especially as there is no other way to arrive there than by car. It just makes a bad impression. - We asked on Sunday after check out, if we can still use the pool - in other hotels it was always ok to use the facilities. We've been told it's a no which is a bit off putting. We did it anyways because no one was checking, and saw also other guests that already checked out in the pool area.

Friendly staff, great food, great spas and pool. Room with view to the lake was cozy and big. The view to the lake is really nice and relaxing.

Service at the restaurant was friendly but very slow. They should have minimum 3 waiters to take care of the tables. Long waiting times to get the menu, take our orders and bring the food. There was only 1 person taking care of everything. 1 barman and 1 cook. Empty tables waiting to be cleaned up for the next people in line. People don't respect the signs to not enter naked to the spas. Mainly Germans.

New ad very stylish hotel. Comfortable, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet location. Comfortable beds. The spa is very nice. The breakfast is excellent.

Pillows!!! They are too big and too soft. Why every "better" hotel thinks that you want to suffocate while sleeping?? They look nice in the pictures but are not practical for everyday use. You have to pay car parking even the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The driveway to the hotel is very small and you can't believe that there will be a big hotel at the end of the road.

The breakfast and products were good quality and nice.

Our room was number 001, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were very disturbed by the very loud music in the disco, they did not turn the volume down even though I warned them. On the morning of our departure day, I requested a new bathrobe and towel, but they never arrived.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. Our 6-year-old especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids’ room, which made the stay even more relaxing for us.

New, perfect design. Nice facilities. Perfect food at restaurant. Excellent service.

Everything was good

It was perfect and the staff were so amazing! We had to leave at 5am, well before breakfast so they made us sandwiches the night before! Also the views from the sauna sections are amazing!
