The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a shopping complex with many restaurants. It was around 30 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Chongqing but the hotel is in a quiet area and it was nice to be away from the chaos of the city. Breakfast was nice and good selections.

The only problem we had was trying to find the hotel. It is located in building 5 but you need to use the elevator to go up to floor 8. It took a while for us to find it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They didn't speak English but they did their best to help me with any issues despite the language barrier. The facilities are also great and the room is comfortable. The hotel seems quite new, it's clean and the breakfast area is really beautiful!

While this hotel is a little hard to find it is a little gem. The staff who don't speak a lot of English are very proficient with translation apps. The reception staff are amazing, helped me with directions, brought afternoon coffee to my room with a snack, did my laundry in the morning and returned it to my room in the afternoon for free. Made coffee for my breakfast. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and retail shops nearby. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was spacious and even had a balcony, it was very clean, house and bath shoes were provided - also cleaned. As my luggage was delayed, it was very positive, that they had essentials like a tooth brush, hairbrush and toothpaste in the room available. The receptionists were very welcoming and informative. The location is near the airport, which makes it quite practical, easy to reach via taxi.

Hard to find - even with knowing Chinese the whole building structure is confusing and the entrance is very small and not too well marked.

The hotel is placed above a big mall directly connected to the subway. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and shops where is possible to find anything needed. The rooms are clean and the staff comes every day to tide it up. Despite being at the 7th floor, the whole hotel is noise-free. The breakfast served in the morning has many choises and there's also a free mini bar in the room with new bottles of water every day.

The stuff was really friendly and went all out for me!! The hotel was really clean and the bathtub was the biggest highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this hotel, they went as far as picking me up outside as I was getting lost and they even went as far as checking up on me on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The language barrier didn’t stop them from being nice hosts.. I enjoyed my stay there!!

Pretty much everything was good, although the entrance was confusing to find because the taxi dropped me off on the wrong side. The staff tried to make sure it was clear even before I arrived, but the block it is situated is in a huge shopping area. I really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and considerate. They ensure that I get everything I need. The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and beautifully designed with a small courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and it's close to the light rail station for convenient transportation. Highly recommend! Would stay again.
