This property was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious, with a nice little desk area. Bed was very comfortable. Even though the location is a main street, there was very little traffic noise. Shower had plenty of hot water. Our only difficulty was getting it adjusted to a comfortable temperature between hot and cold. Kris at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but if you were too hungry to go a block to the AWESOME restaurant down the street, it gave you something to get started. We were very happy with our stay and will stay here again when traveling in this area.

This little Inn is older but very clean inside. The towels and sheets are laundered well and the towels are fluffy and soft. It is inexpensive and quiet. It is a perfect stopover when I am traveling to Idaho. I have stayed here frequently..the gentleman who runs the Inn is very kind and tries to be accommodating.T

It has always suited my needs. I don't have any dislikes. There is coffee and usually some fruit or Danish in the morning.

A decent place for a restful travel stop. Nice lady in the office, good cleaning team, one was sweeping the parking lot which impressed me.

It could be difficult on a hot or cold night as the air conditioner is very noisy. We turned off on a moderate night. Note. For your info: the decorative nut holding the bedside lampshade secure is missing. Not really a problem but bathroom tub/shower upgrades would be a great enhancement if not cost prohibitive.

The desk guy is fabulous! I wake him up with my late arrival but he is always the sweetest! I will ONLY stay at the Scottish Inn when passing thru Winnemucca! It’s just SO fabulous that even though it’s obvious I wake him up, he still treats me very kind, in the middle of the night and in the morning too!!!

Scottish Inn is a basic family motel, but the room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were quality. The mattresses seemed new and were very clean (yes, I pull up sheets and check mattresses. I always check for bedbugs. There were none and no evidence of them in the past.) The receptionist was a delight and very friendly. Our room had almost no windows or natural light, but we weren't there for the view. We needed a good night's sleep on our road trip. Everything in the room worked. We loved having a ceiling fan. We appreciated that they allowed our dog to stay for only $10 extra. It was quiet and felt safe. Go to the Griddle restaurant kitty corner down the street for breakfast. It's wonderful.

More windows, less stuffy air in the room. But it didn't bother us. We aired out the room and it was fine.

I liked the location & the condition of the property. Room was very nice.

It was a little hard to get out of the parking lot. You had to back across the parking lot. The toilet in my room kept running. The refrigerator was loud & kept coming on.

The beds were great. Loved the big walk-in shower. Love the big bath sheets. The motel is an older property an the front dest lady was very nice. Over all the price was good. Would stay there again

In the shower we cleaned the shower head lime scale of the shower head. After that it was a nice water pressure.

The location was good and it was a nice large room. Even with two queen sized beds there was plenty of space. Even the bathroom was large?

My biggest issue was the shower. I had a hard time finding that comfort spot between scalding and freezing.

Very comfortable, clean and a great place to stop for a night when on the road. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through. I appreciated the free drink ticket to their bar as well.

Air conditioner was loud, but worked well.

Staff was friendly. Ran by a Mom & Pop. She had to get out of bed to register us. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large and had everything thing we needed. Pet friendly. Floors were not carpeted. I hate carpeted hotel floors. The price was good.

Outdated, but had everything we needed. Quiet.
